-Cleanliness was an issue. There were quite a few hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, the fan in the bathroom was filthy, and later we noticed stains on our duvet.
-Mini fridge mostly didn't work. Staff tried to help (offered to change rooms) but this was inconvenient as we had already unpacked and had a short stay

Location to town was perfect. Shops and stores within walking distance. Ease of check-in and food was great.
Views. It seems a new section is being built that will obstruct the view of the beautiful rock formations outside the hotel.
