The room was big, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fitness room, after three days driving up there.

シャトルバスドライバーが全てをぶち壊すホテル
Pros:

広くて清潔でハウスキーパーさん達も対応早いです
レストランは何を食べても美味しいだけでなく盛り付けもとても綺麗でなんかな訳がわかります

Cons:

シャトルバスの運転手は挨拶しても返事しないし、お客さんに重たいスーツケースを車内の階段を登らせて客席通路に無理やり運ばせます！
後ろにちゃんと荷台がほとんど空なのに載せるのが嫌なんでしょう絶対に荷台の存在を教えてくれませんでした。気に入らないならタクシー使えとまで言われました🥹。他のスタッフさんはとても親切でホスピタリティに溢れてましたが、このシャトルバスドライバー気をつけておいた方が良いです。

Overall pleasant stay, price a bit high for the level of the hotel but normal in Yellowknife I guess.
Pros:

Quite new compared to other hotels in the area. Location is not bad.

Cons:

The beds are too soft, the carpet were not well installed so a bit hard to pull my suitcase on it. The restaurant can get more authentic but overall Yellowknife food is so-so.

Would be better if can have shuttle service to downtown, old town and airport/ uptown, even if just like once every hour during a few hours of the day.
