Would stay here again.
Pros:

Overall pleasant stay, price a bit high for the level of the hotel but normal in Yellowknife I guess.
Pros:

Quite new compared to other hotels in the area. Location is not bad.

Cons:

The beds are too soft, the carpet were not well installed so a bit hard to pull my suitcase on it. The restaurant can get more authentic but overall Yellowknife food is so-so.

Would be better if can have shuttle service to downtown, old town and airport/ uptown, even if just like once every hour during a few hours of the day.

雪が消えない季節は「新館」はちょっと不便です
Pros:

4泊5日泊まったのは「新館」でした。２部屋それぞれにトイレと浴室が付いており広くて部屋は快適でしたが、新館は本館から徒歩5、6分程度は離れており4月はまだ全面凍結の状態の中、簡単には行き来はできません。レストランもサウナも本館ですからご注意くださいさ

Cons:

普段は徒歩で本館まで行き来しましたが、最終日のチェックアウト時は大荷物なので迎えの車を頼みましたが行き違いがあり結局、雪と氷の道を歩く羽目になりました。

Hotel catering to the Northern Lights crowd.
Pros:

Good airport shuttle. Checkin was easy. Rooms comfortable and equipped with hotpot and refrigerator. Tours picked up from the hotel. Bar and restaurant on site.

Cons:

The hotel was very nice.

Chateau Nova Yellowknife was a great place to stay. Would do it again.
Pros:

It is well located, an easy taxi ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Tours were happy to pick us up there. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, roomy & very comfortable for our group of 3. Free shuttle provided to & from airport. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Nothing.
