Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Torneremo sicuramente.
Pros:

Ambiente accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Colazione eccezionale e molto varia dal salato al dolce. Un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Cena con piatti curati non solo nel gusto ma anche nella presentazione. Complimenti allo chef.

Excelente hotel nos arredores de Viterbo com estilo casa de campo
Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo staff, que prontamente nos informou sobre tudo da acomodação. O quarto era muito espaçoso e confortável, no nível térreo, ao lado de uma grande piscina. O banheiro era bom com chuveiro convencional e água quente. Tivemos a oportunidade de jantar no restaurante do hotel e foi uma experiência bastante agradável. O gerente nos atendeu com muito cuidado e carinho. O café da manhã é do tipo continental, com pratos frios, mas com muitas opções, inclusive ovos cozidos. O fato do hotel ficar na região rural traz um charme adicional. Tem vaga de estacionamento no local e um jardim bonito. Infelizmente não chegamos a utilizar a sauna.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, specialmente in relazione alle terme della tuscia.

Cons:

Staff poco cortese, siamo stati senza acqua calda per due ore fino alle 20, quindi impossibilitati a fare anche una banale doccia con acqua calda per prepararci in vista della cena. Oltre a risolvere il problema, il che mi sembra il minimo, non è stato fatto nulla per scusarsi del disturbo.
Di notte nella camera si sentiva un rumore veramente fastidioso, come un frusciare d’acqua intermittente e tutto sommato per la cifra pagata non si trattava di una camera all’altezza delle aspettative.
Colazione mediocre, da una struttura 4 stelle mi aspetto meno dolci preconfezionati ed industriali in un buffet e più varietà, cosa che è decisamente mancata.

L'idea del posto

Cons:

Tutto il resto. La camera non dava sul giardino. Il bagno era piccolo e osceno e c'era puzza di escrementi in continuazione (non c'erano finestre e qualcosa nell'impianto di climatizzazione non funzionava). Rumorosissimo il frigo bar presente. Vari oggetti si presentavano rotti in camera.
