Pros:

Clean room and friendly staff, and we enjoyed the complimentary fruits and cookies.
The indoor pool and facilities could have been better and cleaner.
Breakfast was great and had variety of food.

En güçlü yönü özenle seçilmiş personel sanırım.
Pros:

Gayet misafirperver bir konaklama ortamı, tüm çalışanlarin tavırları vb çok pozitif ve yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Başta kaplica bölgesindeki arkadaşlar olmak üzere. Her birine teşekkür ederim.

Otel genel olarak fiyat performans oteli. Ancak spa icin ayni seyi soylemeyecegim. Aksam 20.30 gibi gittim. Saunanin isiticilarini bile kapatmislardi o sekilde anlatiyim :)

We have stayed here a few times before when travelling from Sabiha Airport and its been great. Unfortunately this times we had to deal with a very rude lady at the desk. I told the manager about how rude she was and nothing was done.

Temizlik konusunda gerçekten mükemmeldi fakat oda içerisinde banyo ile arada bulunan cam wc içerisini gösterdiği için rahathız edici bir durumdu duş bölümünde duş başlığı düğmesi kırıktı duş alırken zorlandık
