Pros:

The horel is well located, the suite in good conditions,we rent because of the kitchen but there was no pots, pans, dishes, glass... nothing just a kettle and fridge. So we couldn't cook our meals in Ramadan time where everything is closed.

Pros:

سيئه ورائحه الحمام داخل الغرفه وأنتم بكرامه ويفترض سرير ملكي ومطبخ خاص ولكان للأسف وقد تم إبلاغ وزاره السياحه بضروره ان تكون الفنادق تليق بالمكان المتواجدة فيه .

موقع الفندق سئ لا يوجد اى خدمات حوله معزول عن كل شئ .. الغرفه لا يوجد بها شئ لدرجه انه لا توجد مناشف و عندما طلبت مناشف احضروا لى منشفه واحده فقط

Check in and Check out were very good
The reception was friendly and helpful
the terrace was amazing
the restaurant and the food in it beside the workers in it were so awful
The management needs to reconsider the restaurant
Electricity shut down for more than 45 minutes
swim pool needs more cleanness

The hotel itself was great and is located in nice area, however, it doesn't show the exact location from GPS. I wanted to go there, however, GPS only showed another branch in Khobar. It needs to be upgraded.
