فقط الموظف ( علاء سوري ) إنسان قمة في الاحترام والتعامل دكتوراة في الأخلاق ..

Cons:

الدخول بطيئ جداً وموظفة الاستقبال ليس لديها أبجدية الإبتسامة والكلام مع الضيوف سيئة للغاية .
المواقف ضيقة لأبعد حد وقليلة . ريحة الطهي عالقة في جدران الفندق كل الانحاء .
تقييم الفندق في نظري لا يتجاوز نجمتان

It wasn’t bad but can do better

The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were also good. The room and its size were also good. The location is close to the city center.

Cons:

The parking is a big problem. If you arrive late, it is very difficult to find a parking space. The parking area was not clean, and it was extremely hot because there was no HVAC system. It also smelled very bad. The hall smelled as well.
The bathroom amenities were not at a 5-star standard. You had to request some basic items that should normally be provided. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and it seemed that the room had not been properly inspected for technical issues.
