O hotel é muito bem localizado. Eu e minha amiga fomos muito bem recebidas. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, em especial gostaria de destacar o atendimento do Douglas.
O café da manhã é excelente.

Cons:

O hotel muito embora tenha uma recepção muito simpática por causa dos funcionários é um hotel com estrutura muito antiga. As portas são fechadas ainda por chaves tradicionais o que nos deixa um pouco receosos, pois até quando se sai precisa deixar a chave na recepção. O café da manhã com pouquíssimas variedades salgadas.

Confortável e bom custo benefício
Pros:

Hotel confortável, cama boa. Vi alguns comentários negativos sobre a vazão da água e temperatura do chuveiro, mas eu nao tive problemas. Fui em um dia bem frio, estava fazendo 6ºC e achei a vazão da água ideal e bem quentinho. Acredito que muitas pessoas não saibam regular o chuveiro.

-Chuveiro (Pouca vazão e desarmou algumas vezes durante o banho)
-Cama (Colchão poderia ser mais firme)
-Garagem (Senão tiver vaga na frente, a garagem disponibilizada é bem apertada para SUVs)
-Os demais o hotel ten um perfil colonial, mas acredito que poderia ter algumas reformas principalmente no banheiro

Absolutamente nada, só os funcionários que são fantásticos

Cons:

Preço alto e nenhum investimento em modernizar o espaço. A tv é ridícula e o quarto tinha cheiro muito forte de detergente industrial
