A educação dos funcionários. Exceto no café da manhã, onde pedi para fritar um ovo e a senhora que estava neste dia, me disse que não tinha frigideira.

Limpeza dos ambientes e quarto. Também a localização que era 1 quadra do Jantar sob as Estrelas

Não é sobre não gostar, gostaríamos de deixar sugestões de melhoria : colocar um espelho no quarto e um lixo pequeno. Só tinha no banheiro

A comfortable, welcoming stay with great service and a perfect base to enjoy Bento Gonçalves.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the main attractions in Bento Gonçalves. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, which made it perfect to rest after long days exploring the region. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality products.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about. If I had to mention something, a bit more space in the breakfast area during peak hours would make the experience even more comfortable.

Hotel muito agradável e tudo em ótimo estado.
Pros:

Lugar limpo, bem localizado, recepção muito agradável, cama confortável e um café da manhã ótimo 👍

Cons:

A única coisa que teria para falar seria sobre o barulho dos carros que passam. Infelizmente um lado do hotel pega muito barulho de tráfico. Se eu soubesse teria pedido para ficar do outro lado. Fora isso não tenho nada a reclamar.

Bem localizado e limpo, porém barulhento à noite e com falha no controle do frigobar no check-out.

Hotel limpo, bem localizado, quarto amplo. Atendentes educados e gentis.

Cons:

Se houve bastante o barulho da rua que é bem movimentada também durante a noite. Atenção para o frigobar, não possuem bom controle. Quando fui fazer check-out a pessoa que conferiu o frigobar disse que estava faltando uma cerveja e uma coca-cola apesar de eu ter consumido apenas uma água. Eu expliquei que não havia sido consumido esses itens e o atendente resolveu mas foi desconfortável para mim ter que explicar e ainda ficar a sombra se dúvida.
