Homewood Suites By Hilton Salt Lake City Draper

I am extremely frustrated and upset at this hotel. I left a pair of Pajama's in the bathroom on the hook. After checking out, when I got to my destination 3 hours later, I noticed I did not have them. I called the hotel and they said they would go look for them, but probably not until the next day. They told me not to worry because everything they find, they keep for 90 days. I called the next day and they said they had not found them, no-one in housekeeping was around. This made no sense. I have called them at least 6 times. Every time I am told that the manager will call me back. I even left a message directly on the managers phone last week. I have not received a call back. They either have never looked into the missing PJ's or someone from the hotel stole them, which seems highly unlikely. They are very special to me and I want them back. They maybe in a corner somewhere just waiting to be sent back to me. CALL ME--I am the person that has left many, many messages.

The worst Hilton experience I have ever had.
I have never been more insulted, lied to, and gas lit by hotel staff.

We were called a no-show despite showing up early.

They lied about the room, the manager and the terms. They called me a liar to my face when I tried to speak to a manager.

I am going to speak about this experience to everyone I meet in Utah and post it everywhere.

Avoid - I’ve seen motels with more class … .

They claimed I yelled at staff and when I asked for proof said they couldn’t confirm if their cameras had audio … . I was on the phone with corporate on a recorded call trying to transfer the reservation … .

Avoid at all costs. It’s a nice hotel but if you’re not white you feel like a second class citizen checking in.

Great room, great staff!

I've stayed here twice now, and both times it was incredibly clean, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The only downside is the seemingly constant construction around the area.

When the hotel was not even close to full, they gave us a room right next to the freeway, which was extremely noisy. The housekeeping cleaning was only every other day so we had seevice when we stayed and room 301, the phone had dial tone, but could not reach any extension (front desk, housekeeping etc.)

We were here last year, in the same weekend, and absolutely loved it. It was this year. Staff is wonderful, rooms are amazing, very clean, spaces are great, and breakfast amazing! Thank you!!

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned, the beds were made but besides that trash was in the bins and on the floors. The pull out bed had confetti all over it. There was deodorant and hair product left over from previous guest. Overall the experience was just okay.

Could’ve been cleaner in the room but other than that it was good.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Rooms are large and very clean, huge wall mirror and light up bathroom mirror.

So friendly. We stayed in a 2 Queen bed room. It had a kitchen and living area. SO COMFORTABLE!!

Suite was large and had a full kitchen. Modern and fresh look.

It was a awful stay . The drawers are not attached to the wall . My kid playing fell and ended up at the hospital. My insurance covered most of the bill . Hilton Manager promised take care of it. Plus a bunch of extra stuff that I never received. I guess trying to be nice . Night front desk people didn’t care about how was my Kid . Just wanted to avoid the situation offering money back and other hotel . For our family it was a shocking experience maybe they were racism for been Latinos . That’s the experience. We ended up paying the rest of the hospital bill. No ones care and well . Lesson learned.

Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast is delicious! Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. Joan at the front desk is incredible! She is very attentive to each and every guest. She greets and treats guests like family.

The hotel feels brand new and has been open for 8 years. The staff was awesome, especially the food attendant greeting you every morning and engaging in conversations. Location of the hotel is easy to find and close to freeways.
