Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Any extra guests are charged separately and are to pay directly to the hotel.

Kindly be advised that there is a Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner at RM100nett/person (Adult) & RM50nett/person/child (Age 4-12yrs) and New Year Eve Dinner at RM120nett/person (Adult) & RM55nett/child (Age 4-12yrs)

The compulsory dinner charges will be applied for all stays accross the above periods.

For Prestigious Events (Acara Utama), a charge of RM6 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. This charges will be collected upon your check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Don’t DO IT!

Close to airport.

Cons:

Stayed 2 different days this week. First stay pillows were free for ADA issues. Second stay, they were going to charge for them. Dicey. Also charged CASH ONLY for storing luggage. Didn’t give us a receipt willingly. Not printed out. Handwritten.
Recorded maid having a fit about giving us pillows. You could hear her down the hall.
Hotels have only a few functions. Courteous staff, a bed to SLEEP in, shower to bath in and space to unpack your suitcase… and TOILET PAPER.
The staff was less than stellar. Gave off a car dealership vibe. The bed was ROCK HARD!
They do not even have small, wash(face) cloths to shower with and kept giving us hand towels. The duvet felt like twin size on a king bed.
We kept having to unzip the suitcases, their largest room was so small.
The noise outside the hotel and the thud of doors and music from the halls plus the HARD BEDS made sleeping almost like an afterthought. But the last straw was asking for toilet paper at 7:30 pm because the maid left us a half roll only and being told they were having a holiday party for the staff and we would have to wait until after that. Then they rattled the door after we were in bed putting it on the doorknob. What a circus! NO. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It is a comedy of errors with a good paint job. You need a map just to find the front desk!

Super Hotel
Pros:

Pool auf dem Dach klasse .
Zimmer war stylisch und die Betten bequem.
Essen im Hotel sehr geschmackvoll und preislich ok .
Fussläufig Streetfoodmarkt erreichbar , Teller und Besteck im Hotel dafür erhältlich .

Cons:

Unbedingt Fahrzeug nötigt , da nur ein paar Geschäfte in der Umgebung sind , sonst tode Hose .

Pros:

Der Pool auf dem Dach war super, wenn man mal nicht zum Strand wollte. Zimmer geräumig und alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Service und Empfang hervorragend. Rollervermietung direkt im Hotel ebenfalls top. Mit dem Roller ist man in 10 min. in Cenang Beach. Sonst ist das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe zu erkunden. Unter dem Hotel gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fast Food wie KFC und Pizza Hut. Ein.Waschsalon ist direkt am Eingang um die Ecke.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour, le personnel est aux petits soins, le déjeuner est top il y a du choix, près de l’hôtel il y a une mosquée, un 7eleven et des machines à laver ce qui est très pratique, le centre ville est à seulement 15mn en grab, je recommande cet hôtel !

Pros:

Отель относительно новый, все чисто и аккуратно. Близко к аэропорту, минут 4-5 на такси. Достаточно хороший завтрак: выбор не сильно большой, но все было вкусно. В здании отеля есть много всего: кафе, пиццерия, аптека, 7/11. Wi-Fi быстрый, не тормозил. Просторная ванная комната. Своих денег этот отель стоит.

Cons:

А вот комната, где спишь, тесноватая. Два чемодана с трудом удалось разместить. Хотя имеется вытянутый коридор, можно и там разложить чемоданы, но останется узковатая дорожка для прохода. Но если останавливаетесь ненадолго, то это терпимо.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très propre. Les chambres sont nickels. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé à proximité de l'aéroport. Le personnel très à l'écoute et très arrangeant. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Piscine sur le toit très calme. Ambiance très relax.

Magnifique hôtel, spécial mention pour la piscine en mode rooftop, avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes la ville et la forêt, chambre plutôt confortable, hyper proche de l'aéroport, super petit déjeuner

Cons:

Juste peut-être le système de porte coulissante entre la douche et les toilettes, ainsi que l'espace entre le lavabo et les sanitaires trop petit mais c'est juste mon goût ça n'empêche pas de passer un bon moment
