Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Any extra guests are charged separately and are to pay directly to the hotel.

Kindly be advised that there is a Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner at RM100nett/person (Adult) & RM50nett/person/child (Age 4-12yrs) and New Year Eve Dinner at RM120nett/person (Adult) & RM55nett/child (Age 4-12yrs)

The compulsory dinner charges will be applied for all stays accross the above periods.

For Prestigious Events (Acara Utama), a charge of RM6 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. This charges will be collected upon your check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Sauberes Hotel nahe Flughafen
Pros:

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir fanden den Pool auf dem Dach und das Fitnessstudio (hatte erst kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt aufgemacht) toll.
7/11 und weitere Geschäfte, Essensmöglichkeiten direkt im gleichen Haus.

Never again.
Pros:

Not much. They sent a car to airport without authorization. Even so I ended up paying for both the Grab AND that car which was TWICE as much as a Grab for a 5 minute ride.

Cons:

The front desk bilked us for money for extra pillows (ADA)and the maids were cussing us out for asking for them. It was extremely small.

Pros:

Отличные завтраки и сам ресторан! Ужинали в нем просто восхитительно! Персонал очень дружелюбный и хочет угодить во всем! Спросили есть ли возможность арендовать машину- машина стоит через 5 минут новая и по приятной цене! Спортзал супер!

Cons:

Кондиционер дует очень холодно ))))

Great stay after a long flight
Pros:

The location is really close to the airport and has a good selection of shops and restaurants downstairs. The breakfast was good and the food was even better. You could also order room service which was a nice addition. Best part of the accomodation however was the rooftop pool which had an amazing 360° view. The staff were also helpful!

Cons:

The location of the hotel is a bit random, close to the airport but theres not really anything else there.

Overall it’s good

Cons:

I found few tiny cockroaches in the hotel room. On the day we checked out, we were really upset with the staff at the reception. They didn’t help us with the luggages even we were ladies with a baby. They just sat there and ignored while we were carrying the luggages out alone, they didn’t even open the door for us.
