The staff was supportive and helpful
I was very disappointed with my experience. Before our arrival, we were not informed that we would be relocated to another hotel due to an alleged electrical issue at the Gateway Hotel. We only found out upon arrival, which was very inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with family.
The alternative hotel provided was far below expectations. The rooms were old, and the bathroom and shower facilities were outdated as well. Although we were given the option to cancel the booking, this was not a practical solution after arriving with family and luggage.
As a result, we had to spend a significant part of our first day searching for another hotel and moving again, which disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress. Despite the inconvenience, lost time, and additional hassle, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor alternative accommodation, and absence of customer care made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on how this situation was handled.

Ok for money rest all useless
Very bad house keeping and Cleanliness, can't keep your leg on the floor, after many time requested in the reception won't take any action, you will be bitten by lot of insects from the bed
Booking in gate ways sending all the guests to admiral hotel opp to gateways saying some maintenance, booking dot come promote and 5 star ratings based on the booking dot com profit so better not to believe booking dot com..
Excellent service from the delightful and efficient reception staff. Very convenient location and access to public transport.
