Hotel offered used water bottles when we asked extra water bottles next day, Phone was not working and TV too
بعد عناء السفر تفاجأت عند وصولي بأن الفندق من دون كهرباء وتود الموظفه نقل حجزي الى فندق اخر من نفس المجموعة ولكنه سيىء جداً وغير نظيف فرفضت وقمت بإلغاء الحجز.
There was no electricity in the hotel and they moved us to another hotel opposite of the street. We didn’t like that hotel but this was a solution.
Where the real solution should have been informing us before canceling the booking free 1 day before so that we could have selected another alternative.
This hotel will not have electricity for a long time and they will move you to this other hotel.
I didn’t like it because the furniture was very bad the room was smelling and the brakefast was really weak.
No Hotel is Not Proper location in google and when we call the property they not answer properly
This hotel Cheater and liar because the hotel already closed. I go to last night. I see the hotel is closed the Mhik story electric problem this problem this problem but it’s all Cheater after he bring me other hotel if I go to the other one in Room where is smelly very bad so I asking to the manager of the hotel. Why if you are hotel is close why you get the booking and you take the money? This is not good so this reason last night I’m not there. I will leave the other hotel and I go away because this hotel only need to get money but hotel is already close.
So I have a request to everybody don’t book this hotel because this hotel already close completely. I’m not stay there. The only detect my money. He never return but he do cheat.

Das wir vom ersten Tag an in ein anderen Hotel gebracht wurden mit innenpool. Die Handtücher waren nicht sauber und manche hatten Löcher.
