ニックネームは小声でね笑
Pros:

引越しのため荷物が来る前日に利用しました。
スタッフの方も愛想良かったです。
観光ではなく出張とかなら良いかと思います。

Cons:

トリバゴで探した為か予約がニックネームでされており、本名でチェックインしたところ名前が無く、ニックネームで予約されたかもと伝えたところ、愛想の良いスタッフさんが、「◯◯さん(ニックネーム)ありましたー」と大きな声で言った事がちょっと恥ずかしかったです笑
まあ愛想良かったので、腹は立ちませんでした笑

安価だが不満はなく良い宿だった
Pros:

善光寺まで徒歩圏内の安価なホテル。
駐車代金が宿泊費に含まれているのか、無料なのか不明だったが実質0円でよかった。
朝食は弁当で“えっ”と思ったが、美味しい弁当を部屋でゆっくりといただいた。

Cons:

シングルルームはもう少し広いと旅の疲れを癒してくつろげる。

Not clean, loud but acceptable for one night

The price was affordable for last minute booking

Cons:

Unfortunately, we ended up booking a smoking room, because of lack of availability (we aren't smokers). Expectedly it smelled really bad, but even if we set that aside the overall cleanliness of the room wasn't good. The carpet was truly disgusting with stains everywhere, the bathroom had some stains on the floor as well and the sink faucets weren't cleaned properly. I doubt the room was dusted properly. The fridge wasn't working at all. You could hear everyone around you and the bathrooms of the other rooms cause crazy loud noise that you could hear directly over the bed, subsequently I had a poor quality of sleep. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bed too. The sheet had a questionable spot.

On the bright side - it had a kettle, cups, hairdryer shampoo in the room and if you forgot to bring amenities - they provide downstairs. Also there is a machine for hot drinks and water in the lobby for free.

To sum up:
For that price, for one night only and keeping in mind it was a last minute reservation, I guess it's acceptable. I would advise bringing your own slippers
