Pros:

You pay what you get for , it's ok for a budget stay , we stayed for 5 hours anyways , noisy as it's beside a busy street , no lift , do not come if you have heavy luggage , I was on one leg cast and no help was given , but anyways if you are on budget and looking for a quick stay , it's fine

nice, clean, neat and recommended.
Pros:

it was great holiday. the staffs are so friendly. if u want something just ask them. they will help u.
the room was so clean and neat. the toilet also in good condition. the hotel location was strategic. near to the city like taming sari tower, jonker walk, dataran pahlawan, colourful 'beca' ride, boat and so on. u can arrange so many activites with your family and friends. furthermore, there's a lot of 'kedai makan' there. dont worry. u would not be hungry.

Overall was ok. Hotel located at town. Few minutes from Uptown/ Jonker/ Taming Sari/ Etc. But quite shock to see the standard room. I've been to many other budget hotel in Malaysia. This one is quite shocking :P too small, no space. Hard to perform your prayer. I do it on bed :P No towel provided because "THE ROOM IS FULLY BOOK" but each room should have 2 =,= mine is none

Average budget stay
Pros:

We are given a room initially which was too bad (AC didn't work, no WiFi). After negotiating, they gave me a 'so called' deluxe room which had a better AC and had WiFi access.

There are two receptioninsts. One was good and the other was rude. So kind of mixed service experience.

Overall if you are looking for a tiny room that you just go for sleeping, then this is OK if you get a so called deluxe room on level 1 (that's where WiFi will work) .
