松本城天守閣へ行くならば、駅より近いし駐車場もあるのは魅力です。

Dated but clean and comfortable and 10 mins from the train station
Pros:

10 min walk from the train station was great and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

As we expected from other reviews the rooms are dated and in need of a refresh but it was still a comfortable stay, the only downside was the fridge didn't work.

ロケーションが良く印象が良かった。
Pros:

予約時に禁煙ルームが無かったがチェックインの時に再度確認させて戴き、追加代金無しでアップグレードの禁煙ルームを案内戴きました。
