Endroit près de tout pour visiter 1 journée ..
Pros:

Super accueil de la part du personnel, très advenant et gentil.

Cons:

Désuet un peu, le déjeuner japonais non adapter à la culture internationale. Pas habitué à manger du bœuf et des nouilles pour déjeuner. Le McDonald est près de l’hôtel 😅

Aside from parking problems, we loved the hotel and the staff.
Pros:

The location that was in walking distance to Matsumoto Castle.

Cons:

The nerve wracking sense for out of the country tourists about what to do with our minivan when trying to check-in given that the hotel had no parking and that the hotel had heavy traffic around the hotel. Another negative about this hotel was that we had to pay for the far away off site parking given the size of our vehicle (minivan).

噪音影响睡眠
Pros:

可以协助帮忙邮寄行李，退房后也可以寄存行李

Cons:

1.插头很少，特别是床头没有插头
2.整晚都有噪音，不仅房间里有，走廊里也有，非常影响睡眠，尝试请酒店人员解决，酒店回复没有办法
