リピート確定宿
Pros:

2回利用させていただきましたがとにかくその都度スタッフの対応がとても親切でありそれだけでここに宿泊して良かったと思えました。
あとは駐車場無料であること、チェックイン前に到着しても快く停めさせていただけたので松本観光を堪能できました。

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful (limited English but not a problem at all). Amazing location with both the train station and castle within 10-minute walks, and Timepiece Museum, Nawate and Nakamachidori streets within 15. Agata-no-Mori Park, Aeon Mall and Matsumoto City Museum of Art also within 20-30 minute walk. 7-Eleven within a block. The room was small but could fit all our luggage still. Good value for price.

Cons:

The only thing I marked this hotel down for was the bed, which was not just firm but HARD. Like a wooden box was made up like a bed with 1 or 2 cm of padding. My husband slept ok but I woke up both nights at 3 or 4 am and could not get back to sleep because I was so uncomfortable. I think I only slept the few hours I did because I was exhausted from traveling. I have back problems, so a firm bed is good for me, but this was beyond that.
Also not the fanciest place but if you are out and about all day and not needing a place to stretch out at your hotel, that shouldn’t be an issue.
