Indigne d’un 5 étoiles - Besoin d’un lifting.
Pros:

Il n’a de 5 étoiles que le chiffre

Cons:

Réception quelconque le concierge nous a planté avec nos valises nous montrons le couloir et indiquant l’étage petit déjeuner pauvre limite basique.

A não repetir
Cons:

Pequeno almoço sem variedade . A limpeza deixava muito a desejar . Não foram prestáveis pedi um ferro de passar e disseram logo que não havia . O hotel estava praticamente sem hóspedes .

We really enjoyed our time here thank you!
Pros:

Loved the hotel, large bedroom, cleaned every day, and Beds made up so nicely, balcony overlooking the pool! The food in the restaurant was great lots of choice for breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet evening meal! The Receptionists (especially the lady) were extremely helpful and organised a couple of trips out! In fact all the staff were friendly!

Pros:

La chambre était complète avec tous les équipements et belle vue sur la piscine. Le staff est très accueillant (sauf spa). Accès facile, grand parking sécurisé. Localisation superbe. Le service est à la hauteur d un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Cons:

Le buffet petit déjeuner était restreint: il n y avait pas de spécialités marocaines (crêpes, msemen et chfeng). Le jazzuci est payant alors qu il devrait être gratuit pour un 5 etoiles. La femme de l accueil au spa était austère. Il faudrait chauffer la piscine extérieure et ouvrir la piscine intérieure. Il y avait des tâches sur le tapis de la chambre.

Un 5 étoiles qui n’en vaut pas plus que 3 à mon avis !
Pros:

Bel emplacement, pas très loin de la ville, chambres spacieuses, beau jardin, petit déjeuner correct et salle de bains conséquente avec baignoire, et un personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Moquette puante sentent littéralement les pieds, aucun accessoire dans la salle de bains pour un hôtel 5 étoiles (brosse à dents, peigne ni savonnette…), serviettes effilochées, pas de fer à repasser dans les chambres et service repassage indisponible…le comble quand on a une réunion programmée ! Pas de télécommande dans la chambres, verrou de la porte cassé…bref l’hôtel manque gravement d’entretien !

L’acceuil de la réception été très chaleureux que ce soit le monsieur de nuit ou la jeune fille de la journée

Cons:

Pour un 5 étoiles il faut tout revoir la propreté le petit dej qui n’est pas très varié la piscine chauffante ne fonctionne pas en plus de ça il ne servent ni eau ni café ni thé pendant le séjour dans les chambres après avoir demandé on m’a répondu que c’était juste pour le premier jour
Mais je suis descendu à la réception la jeune fille été très aimable elle a régler le problème de suite
