Pros:

Чистота, завтраки вкуснее чем блюда в ресторане.

Cons:

Не работало джакузи, о чем при бронирование и заезде не предупреждает персонал.Бассейн холодный, при бронирование спа персонал не предупреждает, что работают до 20:00. В ресторане ножка ягненка имела сильный запах баранины.

В целом отель нам понравился, остались довольны отдыхом. Номер отличный — чистый, уютный, всё на хорошем уровне. Единственный минус для меня — подушка оказалась слишком высокой и не очень удобной.

В отеле немного скучновато, хотелось бы больше развлечений или анимации. Зато СПА-зона порадовала, всё аккуратно и приятно, ребёнку тоже очень понравилось.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак — великолепный и разнообразный, большой выбор блюд на любой вкус. В целом впечатления положительные.

зіпсоване враження при виселенні, коли сказали, що за каву в номері треба платити - ну таке, гроші невеликі, але бажання
Pros:

місце розташування, гарний номер, наявність зубноі щітки та пасти

Cons:

для готелю такого рівня дуже дивно брати гроші за каву, яка в номері. можливо десь і було мілким шрифтом написано, що вона за гроші, але це не відміняє зіпсоване враження, це не цивілізований підхід до гостя

Локация, номера , дизайн, територия

Cons:

В Спа уточняли за бронирование, нас было 4 и мы не нашли для всех лежаки, думали, что если бронируешь что значит можно расчитывать что будет лежак, слишком много людей для этого спа, в номере не было гарячей воды , она была теплая и так же были проблемы с душем он протекал, так же в ресторане заказали блюдо в котором сказали есть мясо это лазанья с грибами, но по факту это корченная курица либо бекон, что не сильно понравилось и блюдо не доели, в меню не написано никако информация про состав

Вкусная еда и шикарные лошади

Cons:

В ванной комнате не работал полотенцесушитель. Также не работала батарея отопления. Дверь на балкон очень плохо закрывалась. В прикроватном светильнике была перегоревшая лампочка. Вечером пришлось тратить время на вызов сантехника и электрика. Батарея так и не заработала.
