В целом, всё нормально, если разобраться с чистотой.
Pros:

Территория красивая и ухоженная. Приветливый персонал. Очень вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Стойка перекрывала центральный вход в спа, вход через грязный вход для персонала видимо. В спа в туалете нет крана помыть руки. Бассейн основной на улице очень холодный, джакузи безумно грязное и мутное, в спа джакузи тоже грязное с песком, а большом бассейне грибок на стене. Очень старые и скомканные подушки в номере.

Приємний персонал. Клієнтоорієнтованість персоналу від працівника, що видає рушники до адміністраторів на рецепції. Прекрасно облаштовані номери, враховані всі дрібниці. Дякую

Чудово! Приїдемо ще вже більшою компанією.
Pros:

Сподобалось абсолютно все. Навкруги чисто, красиво, тихо. Прекрасний спа (треба враховувати, що бронювати потрыбно завчасно выдит до спа. Бронювання номеру не дорывню бронюванню спа). Є парковка, що охороняється. Привітні люди. Одразу допомогли з чечами від самої машини до дверей номеру. В ресторані теж все смачно, естетично, продумано. В номері є все необхідне. Враження тільки позитивні.

Cons:

Не то, щоб не сподобалось, але по дорозі не вистачало вказівних знаків, бо навігатор вимкнувся, і фактично блукали поряд в трьох соснах (не жарт, сосновий ліс реально навкруги, і виявилось що ми хвилин 15 кружляли поряд). Вказівники би трохи зорієнтували.
І з дрібниць: вже пора оновити на рецепції наклейку з рівнем на букінгу, він вже у вас вищий :)
Ще я би запропонувала вартість кавових капсул включити до базових речей в номері, а не до міні-бару (що платний). А то якось чай йде в вартість, а вартість однієї кавової капсули 50 грн.
