Our room was tiny and very much in need of an update. It was dark, the windows had piles of spiders outside them, so although it was quite hot in the room we were NOT opening the windows - need screens!! The bathroom was a ‘step up’ which was a bit awkward in the middle of the night, and the TV was very small. Nowhere to sit in the room comfortably to watch TV - only on the bed, wedged up with pillows. Not so comfy. The carpets were dirty, the hallways needed a fresh coat of paint, there were plastic plants all over, and flashing disco lights on the ceiling of the lobby area. They did offer a pre-dinner drink, which was nice, but because the hotel did not seem clean, we chose not to eat dinner there. The breakfast buffet was very lacklustre - there was a lot of variety but it was not great quality. We tasted many things they offered, but in the end just stuck to the yogurt and canned fruit in a bowl. They do need to up their game. One of 2 massage chairs was broken - only one half of the chair worked - and it actually was really painful - if it is broken, either fix it or remove it. The coffee in the morning was good, and the sunrise view was SPECTACULAR!

駅までの送迎など、親切に対応していただきました。
ホテルは坂の上で、部屋によっては松島湾が見え、景色が良いです。松島の主要な観光スポットは少し離れているので、坂の上り下りがあり、10分くらいかかります。

We loved staying here! It felt like being part of the Japanese vacation scene. Shoes off on arrival. We joined the Japanese in the spacious lounge for happy hour (4-6PM) & like them, we wandered around the facilities in hotel-issue pyjamas & slippers - what a fab idea after a relaxing onsen.
The buffet breakfast & evening meal were plentiful & many local dishes were available. We found all the staff to be kind & friendly.
The view from the restaurant is amazing & listening to the birdsong was a delight. Our bedroom was one of the most spacious we have stayed in during our travels in Japan. Free tea, coffee & water were constantly available in the lounge.
We would be happy to return.

Good food, free drink, shuttle service available. We will be back.

家族旅行で利用しました。 まずお出迎えからよくて、荷物も運んでもらいました。 着いてからはハッピーアワーでドリンクや、簡単なデザートが食べ放題でよかったです。 温泉も貸し切り風呂もあり時間は短い感じでしたが入れました。 ご飯は妊婦がいたりと食事の提供を考慮してもらったり、本当に助かりました！ 誕生日サプライズもうまくいきました。 美味しかったです。 夜にはカラオケや卓球などアクティビティもできました。 夜食の提供もあってびっくりでした。 部屋もゆっくりできる広々で松島までみえました！！ 予約の確認での電話があった時のおじさんの対応は残念でしたが（食事形態を変えるのは料金が高くなる）、他の人の対応は柔軟で、そのままの金額で対応できますと快く受けてくださりました！ また、小さな子供がいる方はベビーベッドの貸し出しもあります！アメニティもたくさんです。 洗濯機がなかったのが残念です。 車があれば10分ほどのところにコインランドリーがあります。

This was the best place I have stayed at yet!! The staff is so nice, and respectable they all deserve a raise!! Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. They have dinners that correlate with the seasons. And while you are in matsushima you must try the oysters.

ウェルカムドリンクがお酒も含めて充実しており、ありがたかった。到着前に駅前近辺で、焼きガキ、カキフライ、穴子メシと散々堪能してたので、夜はパスしたが、翌朝の朝食は豊富で美味しかった。夜も食べれば良かったか…と、ちょっと後悔した。
フロントのお姉さんも日本語堪能で、明るく気配り最高‼️お兄さん方もおじさん(失礼　笑い😆)も気さく、気持ち良く過ごせました。

ホテル周りの道は坂道で傾斜が少しきつく松島の観光名所は近かったが歩いてはいけなかった。
