Pros:

La ubicación cerca del centro.

Cons:

El TV de la habitación es enano, no me sirvió, mejor usé el celular; no hay gimnasio, para mí es una necesidad; la piscina está ubicada entre 2 edificios, prácticamente no le da el Sol por lo que estaba fría el agua siempre.

Pros:

Recepcionistas bem atenciosos e boa estrutura

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo. Faltava café, talheres, xícaras... tudo muito ruim. Demora na reposição... total falta de organização. Até queijo congelado serviram... beirou o inacreditável. Pior café da manhã de hotel que já provei. Não recomendo !

Ótima estadia.
Pros:

Local limpo e bem organizado, café da manhã gostoso, chuveiro quente, atendimento excelente, fomos atendidos muito bem pela Thais que explicou tudo certinho e ficou a disposição para ajudar, na saída o André super gente boa fez o check-out. Voltaremos com certeza!

Pros:

A única coisa, relativamente boa, foi a localização.

Cons:

Com exceção de um senhor um pouco mais velho, todos os outro recepcionista nos tratavam com se estivéssemos ali “de favor”. Se perguntávamos alguma coisa, eles nem chegavam a tirar os olhos do celular (dos vídeos que estavam assistindo) para nos atendes. O café da manhã era péssimo, sem variedades, louças sujas na bancada do café, a reposição do que acabava era extremamente demorada. No nosso quarto a limo era feita, basicamente, com água sanitária. O piso chegava a ficar escorregadio e o cheiro era muito forte. Fora isso, o pessoal da limpeza entrava no quarto e nem perguntavam se alguém estava no quarto. Simplesmente entravam com a gente dentro. E isso foi muito constrangedor.
