  • Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. Pros:

Da recepcionista resolveu um problema urgente que houve no momento da reserva, ajustando o quarto e encontrando itens que eram necessários na acomodação. Para além disso, a localização é extremamente boa, onde pude realizar meus deveres sem atrasos ou dificuldades.

Cons:

Quarto que foi alocado para mim não era compatível com as informações da reserva, fomos em 3 pessoas, 2 adultos e 1 criança de quase 2 anos, o quarto que nos foi alocado era apenas de cama de casal. Graças a recepcionista, ela alterou a acomodação para uma maior e conseguiu um berço, levando em consideração que era um horário que não tinha mais ninguém no estabelecimento que pudesse auxiliar na montagem e arrumação do quarto.

Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo dia que viajaba, iba com dos menores, dijeron que no pasaba la tatjeta cuando hice una compra sin problema, la bronca fue total, ni siquiera me dijeron tenes otra tarjeta solo que etsaba cancelada y ya esta ocupada y que no habia mas disponibilidad

Los dos días que me permitieron utilizar las instalaciones por las que pague, cumplió con mis expectativas

Cons:

Que me estafaron. Pagué por un hotel con ciertos servicios como cocina, jacuzzi, sauna. Supuestamente les surgió un problema de cañerias y nos cambiaron a un hotel deplorable, el cual la noche valía el 50%menos. No cumplía con ninguna de las prestaciones por las que yo pagué, lo cual ni siquiera cumple con las reglas hoteleras "Cuando un hotel no puede cumplir con los servicios por los que el cliente pago debe devolver el dinero o enviarte a otro hotel con las mismas o mejores prestaciones". CLARAMENTE ESTO NO SE CUMPLIO

O café da manhã é bom só

Cons:

O hotel é de quartos bem antigo, a jacuzzi só funciona as 18 as 21 com permanência máxima de 30 minutos, e ainda tem que ver se tem horário disponível ou seja vc nao vai conseguir usufruir dela.
