Pros:

大浴場があること。

Cons:

食堂の窓際のあたりが、少し不潔。
最寄りのバス停留所を表記してくれれば、新潟駅からタクシーを使わずに、バスでこられた。
古町周辺の案内図を表記して欲しい。

目的地に近く、安価だったので設備等は覚悟の上で選択した。でもその予想よりはかなり良かった。
Pros:

朝食がゆっくり食べれた。目的地へ徒歩で行けた。近くにコンビニがあった。枕を無料で貸していただけたこと。

Cons:

朝風呂が女性のみで使えなかった。部屋のシャンプー容器の汚れが気になる。
