Pearlwort Hotel and Suites

The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet service there was intermittent and mostly unreliable. I wish that I could some kind of refund, because of the false advertisement and poor hotel quality.

The lobby and the hallways inside the hotel were very nice and clean. The rooms were a different story. There was a closet next to the bathroom that leaked water, that brought mosquitos. The wifi did not work. The furniture inside was dated. My family and I moved out after 3 days and went to another hotel, after finding a mouse in our luggage. The door lock on the room did not work and my wife had to call maintenance to fix it twice in 3 days! I understand the small hotel market is tough, but they could have done a lot better. They also ghosted expedia and did not refund our money for the early checkout. I wish them well.

Nice and friend staff

Not a bad place to stay, nice environment and friendly warm staff. The proximity to Ikeja City Mall and other places of Importance in Lagos are reasons to stay there once more

Definitely a diamond in the rough, the property is nestled in a urban area off the main road. It may be difficult to locate if one is not familiar with the area. The staff was Amazing, rooms are a bit dated but clean, the bed was comfortable, ac unit was cold , hot water was abundant and power was not an issue. The kitchen staff was accommodating food options are limited but delicious and served in room. The outdoor pool area was the shining star pool was clean and not overcrowded.

Pretty nice staff but elevator was bad for most days during my days. Nice meals offered from the restaurant and complementary breakfast and free water was great. I would have given 5 star if not for the elevator

Definitely staying here again

We have just returned to the UK today after a 10 day stay at Pearlwot. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. All o the staff including the cleaners, security, reception and bar staff especially Austin, were very kind, professional and very polite. We felt safe at all times and our rooms were perfect. Thank you all for making my children’s first trip to my mother land so amazing

The elevator isn’t working throughout my 1 week and 5 days stay at the pearlwort hotel. Likewise, they don’t offer the breakfast buffet anymore like they did 4 years ago. The pool isn’t clean like it used to be. The management has really dropped the ball.

I loved the place, quiet and peaceful

The whole hotel smell like mildew my room had mailed you and it. It started affecting my health. I had to check out the very next day.
