Room was extremely big considering price paid which was very good. Rooms were in great conditions offering great views. Staff were very helpful and a great range of amenities was offered including laundry detergent and so on. Hotel in great condition and is located in a very convenient location.

The property has 24/7 reception. Great views to the river and good access to tourist attractions and downtown. Staff are very helpfull and friendly. The restaurant and breakfasts arrangement are generous and provide a great break fast variety. We would stay here again, great facilities and room layout. Especially the of a kitchen and laundry’s in the room.

We had the best stay at Somerset - hands down the BEST! They upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite and it was enormous! The view of the Yangtze was magical. I didn’t want to leave the room - I just wanted to sit by the window and watch the river flow.
Everything in the room worked perfectly. The beds were super comfortable. The pool is a major perk- so is the robot that delivers drinks and snacks. Definitely order something from the robot!
I’ll always stay at this hotel when I’m in Chongqing. It honestly felt like home.

Pros:

The hotel room was spacious and clean. We booked a room for 3 people and they gave us an extra twin bed. The staff are also nice. The security guards at the front always help us with our baggage as we had a lot.
