Guest Reviews
Beautiful location and the hotel was stunning. The staff could not have been more helpful and the rooms were beautiful
If windows were open the side streets could be a little loud but this is of no control of the hotel so couldn’t fault them at all
The warmth and friendliness of the hotel staff (especially Clara at the front desk) made our stay wonderful. Breakfast was always delicious, with plenty of good options. Very clean and comfortable overall.
The waitress could be better; the bed wasn't made very well.
La proximité de l'hôtel aux palais
Salle de bain exigue.
Bruit général en particulier lorsqu'il pleut
Petit déjeuner simple
The breakfastwere very delicious, beautiful backyard and the cleaniness of room was great. Staff was very friendly and smiley. Comfy bed with 4 pillows. There was cake as a welcome gift to guests.
The heater in the bathroom was not working.
Staff was excellent! Friendly and attentive. Location was very good.
Very nice comfortable hotel. Good choice at breakfast which was included in the booking.
Lucy on reception and who served breakfast was very pleasant and gave lots of information about what to do in Split. We would definitely use the hotel again.
In love with this hotel, sooo nice!
Had my booking which had been done 9 months earlier& paid in full, suddenly cancelled by the hotel 6 weeks before we were due to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. When probed further it was due to s corporate event being not doubt a better financial option
Great hotel great location

A beautiful hotel perfectly located to visit the attractions around Split. Lovely attentive staff and a great breakfast to start the day. If we ever come back to Split again we would be sure to book this hotel again.
A really fabulous boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Great outdoor courtyard that is secure at night. Lovely breakfast each day and very friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely recommend it
Everything was excellent .
Schönes Gebäude. Komfortables Zimmer, gemütlich. Super nah zum Zentrum und doch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Sehr gutes Frühstück!
We loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel 19! Our room was right off a lovely courtyard.
Intimacy and service was special
Very nice small boutique hotel with helpful staff and nice rooms
The hosts were superb and extremely helpful in all respects. We arrived very late due to a plane delay and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were able to get into our property after hours. They even lined up a private driver from airport when we put in a last minute request. Wonderful suite just a couple of steps from the garden where we enjoyed a superb breakfast.
