Un desastre
Cons:

Al llegar y meter la contraseña en la puerta principal el pomo no abría y tuvimos que ir al restaurante de la hospedería a pedir ayuda ya que la recepción no estaba operativa , al llegar a la habitación y meter la contraseña en el cajetín para las llaves la sorpresa fue que no estaba las llaves dentro y tuvimos que volver a bajas( estado el ascensor roto) a pedir ayuda de nuevo al personal del restaurante, conclusión ahorrarse en personal para estar en la recepción implica perder potenciales clientes ya que no lo recomendaremos
