Ok.
Pros:

Die Terrasse hinter das Hotel und die dazu gehörige Bar sind toll! Das Essen ist gut und die Gerichte echt groß. Im Die kann man sonst niergendwo essen gehen!

Cons:

Die Zimmer im 2. Stock waren sehr warm und erst mal gehen am 2. Tag um ca. 10 war jemand in der Rezeption. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp oder Booking war trotzdem gut, halt etwas befremdlich.

La ubicación. La atención del personal. La terraza exterior.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas. Se pasa mucho calor en las habitaciones ya que no hay aire acondicionado. El ventilador es claramente insuficiente. Huele a comida en todo el edificio.

Falta de transparencia y desentenderse del problema

La tarde que llegamos, se nos recibe y nos llevan a la habitación asignada, de pequeñas dimensiones, muy antigua, y sin climatización. Me quedé algo extrañado, y al dejarnos para traer un ventilador (en el exterior se estaba a 39 grados y el ventilador de techo apenas se notaba) reviso la reserva. En ella compruebo que no se corresponde con el tipo de habitación reservado ya que era una doble superior con aire acondicionado y mayor.
Al decirlo en recepción, me dice que todas las superiores están completas. Tenía una y la han cerrado para desinfección. Le digo que en ese caso se trata de una situación de overbooking y me ha de dar alguna solución. Entonces habla con su jefe que me propone la misma habitación, pero con descuento en el desayuno como compensación. Al no estar yo conforme, me dice que solamente me puede ofrecer el libro de reclamaciones.
Partiendo de la base de que errar es humano, y que se me ha devuelto lo que me costó, lo que no es de recibo es que se me intente colar la habitación que no era, sin informar de que no tenían las de la reserva. Segundo, el desentenderse del problema, sin ayudar, denota la poca profesionalidad del establecimiento. Les queda aún un largo trecho para llegar a ser un establecimiento hotelero de verdad.

Schönes Haus.
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer. Gute Lage und das Cafe-Restaurant daneben ist super.

Cons:

Leider war zu keiner Zeit jemand an der Rezeption. Es gibt ja den digitalen Check-in, aber ein Ansprechpartner wäre hilfreich.

Pros:

La situacion y facilidad para aparcar.
La habitación pequeña pero suficiente. Tiene ventilador de techo.

Cons:

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba(la habitación no tiene)y hacia un calor terrible. El personal nos recomendó quedarnos en la cafetería donde había aire.
Olor a comida tanto en la entrada como en pasillos y en el ascensor.
Para la próxima buscaré otra opción.

This hotel has everything you need for a short trip:)

Cons:

Consider this hospederia carefully when choosing your stay on hot days - we were here when it was 35-37 degrees outside, and it was unbearable to sleep at night. No fan was inside the room.
