Pros:

すぐに止まれて値段もあまり高価ではなく温泉も着いてる。特に問題はないがエレベーターが一台しかないのはちょっと不便に感じた。

タバコはだめよ。
Pros:

禁煙は、仕方ないのだが、喫煙所が全て屋外で灰皿があるだけ、椅子もなし、夜は暗いし。寒かった。ちょっとひどい。

좋은 온천, 불친절한 서비스
Pros:

1. 온천을 호텔 내에서 즐길 수 있습니다.
2. 조식시간을 착각해서 일찍 입장하려하니,
종업원이 불친절하게 내보내서 불쾌했습니다.
아무리 조식시간이 아닌 시간에 입장했지만 친절하게 안내해야합니다.
조식먹는 내내 상당히 불쾌했습니다.
3. 게로역까지 차가 없으면 걸어서 35분 걸립니다.

Hotel is very nice and more reasonably priced price than other Gero hotels with comparable amenities. A lovely buffet breakfast is included. Staff do not speak any English.

사진상 외관은 다른 호텔에 비해 떨어지지만 값이 저렴하고 깨끗하고 석식이 매우 훌륭함
Pros:

게로가 일본 3대 온천중의 하나라고 어떤 아주 비싼 여행사에 써있어서 인터넷에 찿아보니 사실이었다. 늦게 일본 여행을 비행기값을 더주고 하루 더 연장한 이유는 일본 알프스와 합장촌을 거쳐 일본 3대 온천이라는 게로에서 1박을 하기 위해서였다. 유명온천지대라 숙박비가 비싸고 호텔선택의 여지가 많지 않았다. 게다가 후기들을 보니 먹을만한 식당도 없다고 써있었다. 할수없이 석식과 조식을 포함한 호텔을 찿아야만 했는데 값이 만만치 않았다. 그래도 이 호텔은 사진상 외관은 약간 후져보였지만 값이 비교적 싸서 근기대를 않고 예약했다. 다다미방에 들어가 보니 굉장히 넓고 깨끗했다. 석식은 부페라고 생각했었는데 신선로 2개가 나오고 음식종류가 많고 푸짐해서 모두 잘 먹었다고 난리였다. 우리나라의 유명여행사 단체손님이 왔는데 신선로가 하나고 내용도 달랐다.맨 윗층에 있는 온천은 남녀가 하루씩 교대해서 사용하는 것이 약간 아쉽다. 조식도 괜찮았다.

鍵を酔っ払って？紛失
Pros:

年末に2泊致しました。食事はバラエティに飛んで美味しい。夕食はすき焼き＆しゃぶしゃぶのコンビネーションいただきました。ちょっと飲み過ぎで部屋へ入ろうとしたら鍵がない。フロントにお願いし開けていただく。朝になっても見つからない。仕方ないので鍵紛失で弁償することにしましたが、まだ見つかる可能性があるので後日掃除などして見つからない時にお支払いしてくださいとのことで帰途に着く。次の朝携帯に電話頂き食堂の椅子の隙間にあったとの由、感激です。忙しい大晦日に何度も探して頂きありがとうございます。
