せっかくいいホテルなので、もう少し綺麗にゲストが気持ちよく過ごせるように気づいてほしいです。
Pros:

リノベーションされた部屋で快適でした。
朝食が郷土料理になっていたのは良かったです。

Cons:

濡れたバスタオルをかけるフックがほしいです。スリッパが消毒されているか、何も印がなかったので気になりました。男女入れ替え制の大浴場のお湯が濾過されておらず、ゴミや髪の毛が浮いて居て良くなかった。

お得な宿泊で満足しました。
Pros:

駅に近く便利。部屋は清潔で広さも適当です。朝食は、値段に対して豪華で豊富。ラウンジは、シンプルだけどよく考えている。感心。

Cons:

大浴場が想像していたものより小さくてしょぼい感じ。朝食会場がエレベーターに直結していないのは残念。駐車場がWEBサイトを見ると広く思えたが、実際は狭い感じがした。EV充電器は、予め連絡したので使用出来たが、事前予約要の案内を出すべき。

フロント事前説明が少ない宿泊
Pros:

・Wifiの通信状況はよく、充電用の備品もフロント近辺に常備している等は良かった。

Cons:

・客室はオートロックであったが、自閉せず最後まで扉を閉めなければならなかったが、フロントから事前に注意等がなく、戻った際にはドアが閉まりきっていない状態であった。
・朝食は別料金であったものの、料金に含まれていなかったことから、当日追加したが、チェックアウト時に本サイトからの連絡の記載より高い金額が請求された。こちらもチェックイン時に確認等もなく、アナウンスが不足していると感じた。

新潟周辺で活動、車移動をメインとするなら 良い 拠点です
Pros:

車移動を行っているためインターチェンジが目の前にあるロケーションは最高であちこちに行けました
また大浴場があり すぐに湯船に疲れるのは最高でした

周辺にも安く食べられるチェーン店 や 品揃えの豊富な イオンがあり 買い物にも便利でした
新潟駅まではバスで20分 公共交通機関があるのは助かりました

ホテル内にもうちょっと安く食べられる場所があるといいです

Pros:

スタッフの方も感じよくて、ウエルカムドリンクがあったり、夜中に食べるカップラーメンの販売やおはしがおいてあったり等々、凄く気配りされていたのが見受けられました。
