Great value with superb service at superb location.
Pros:

Great location. Only 5 mins walk to the shinkanshen station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Great service. Staff was very helpful. They helped to move our car to covered parking space when it started snowing and even cleared the snow from the windscreen. Free welcome drink coupon gave us access to the small executive lounge that offers free sake tasting, soft drinks and beer machines. Coined washing machines and dryers are available too. Washing detergent available for purchase.

Cons:

Access to the onsen is split between genders. I had to wait till 9.30pm.
Not the hotel's fault but the nearest access to shinkanshen station was blocked. As a result, we had to walk around the block.

Pros:

ダブルを用意していただいて快適に過ごせました。大雪で車が心配でしたが駐車場も屋根付きが空いていてラッキーでした。喫煙の部屋でしたが、空気清浄機があり全然臭いが気になりませんでした。
