Pros:

デスクとベットサイドのライトが電球色で落ち着けた。幹線道路沿いだが音はあまり気にならずリラックスできた。
スリッパが２つあったのでお風呂入る前と後で使い分けできた

Cons:

テーブルの近くのコンセントがカーテンに隠れていて付けるとカーテンとコンセント部分が重なってしまい火事になるかもと恐かった。
結露対策なのか窓にタオルが丸めて敷いてあり、あまり良い見た目ではなかった。
部屋の鍵が昔ながらの1箇所のみで心配になった
