絶対利用しない。
Pros:

無し。

Cons:

建物、室内、ベット他什器備品が古くて壁エレベーター等全て汚く補修が一切されておらず汚過ぎて不潔で兎に角気持ちが悪いホテルです。

ベッドは、少し広めで頭の向きが工夫されていた。朝のカレーライスが美味しかった。漫画を置いていてコーヒーも無料で、頂けるらしい。

Excellent value for money with a great breakfast.
Pros:

Our stay included breakfast, and it was awesome - self serve with lots of options. So the stay was easy, and exceptional value for money. And an onsen. Yukatas were provided for loan, toiletries were provided, comfy room, comfy beds. I really liked Matsumoto, the castle was gorgeous and the music and light projections on it at night were stunning.

Cons:

This was our first time using an onsen so we had to google what to do - maybe the hotel could provide a detailed instruction flyer? This was our ignorance, not the hotel's shortcoming, and easily solved by googling. Everything else was fantastic.

The ideal stay with a good location. Matsumoto castle is just in 10 minutes walking reachable
Pros:
