熊本駅からは遠いけどバスターミナルは徒歩圏内。
Pros:

中心部のバスターミナルやコンビニが徒歩圏内。電停からはすぐで、アクセスは良いと思う。

Cons:

大浴場はあるけど男性専用。部屋のお風呂は狭いと思う。フロントからエレベーターの手前に数段の階段があるので不便と感じる。スロープでもあればと思う

市街地に近い

Cons:

古さが原因か、若干古臭い臭いがする。
壁が薄いのか？夜中に近くの道路走ってたパトカーのサイレン音がかなりの音量で聞こえた。
窓を開けたら、マンション？古い集合住宅が横にあって、洗濯物がたくさんあった😅
