Pros:

朝食には　満足しました。
平日でしたので　夜は　カレーが　無料でサービス
また　ドリンクバーも無料で　アルコールも　限られた物でしたが　サービスで　飲むことができました。

Cons:

少々　部屋が　狭かったです。

ねだんの割に内容が大変良く、機会があったらまた優先的にこの宿にしたい。
Pros:

フロントのネパール人が、とても日本語がうまく、いい仕事をされていました。人柄第一いいですね。
夕食が無料で、出されるとは知らず、お得感アップでした。

Cons:

年寄りには、部屋のスタンドライトが少し暗かった。オプションで貸し出しライトがあるとありがたい。
到着時駐車場案内の矢印がホテル裏側の一カ所だけだったので、駐車場探しに付近をぐるぐる回ってしまった。「フロントでお聞きください。」等の案内があれば、初めから聞いており、無駄な時間を潰さないですんだ。

Pros:

Relatively simple. Staff did me a favor despite me being late to check in. I really appreciated that. The morning staff could have been a bit nicer, and spoken more loudly.

Cons:

Way out of the way. About a 50 minute walk from Tsukuba station. But not a deal breaker if you like walking. I also got stuck with a smoking room. Hadn't been in one of those in ages. Didn't know they still existed in 2023. My clothes, jacket, and bag reeked like a bowling alley the day after.

Pros:

ベッドルームで予約したのに(確約では無いとは小さく書かれていた)、和室で、足臭かった。

和室だと泊まりたく無いので、事前に知らせて欲しい。

サワーとか飲み放題なのはいい。
