Will come again
Pros:

We don’t stay in hotels often anymore because they are typically dirty and the staff is less than friendly. Hyatt house was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional. Very easy check-in and the breakfast was delicious. Can’t wait to go back again which is the first I’ve said for a hotel in many years!

Wonderful
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel for years when traveling into Anchorage. The customer service is outstanding from all the staff. My room is always clean with good internet and upgraded TV channels. The bed is comfortable with a great shower and hot water. Overall, I feel safe staying at this hotel and that is most important to me.

Family Vacation Winter Wonderland
Pros:

We stayed 17 days in Hyatt House Anchorage using Anchorage as our base to explore Alaska. The congeniality, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile by every staff member encountered from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping was astounding! We travel often and it is rare to have an experience where high standards are ubiquitous and consistent. Job well done, Hyatt House Anchorage!

Buen ambiente, las recepcionistas de la mañana y la tarde son muy amistosas y amables.
Habitaciones espaciosas, no se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones, se descansa muy bien.
Tiene transporte gratuito al aeropuerto.

Cons:

La recepcionista de la madrugada me gritó por que yo no sabia que la puerta para ingresar al hotel a esas horas se matiene cerrada y se debe de ingresar con la llave de la habitacion.
Ella fue muy grosera y tampoco sabia que tenia un desayuno reservado para llevar al aeropuerto y cuando me lo dio, me dio un burrito y un croissant congelado.

Pros:

Hair in bathroom on floor and counter. I was disappointed in a Hyatt Hotel to see this. I hope improvements are made and hotel receives the extra staff to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Quiet, CLEAN, and exceptional staff
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and the staff were always very helpful. Full service bar and great food. The pool area was very clean and the gym was huge. The room was cleaned daily and it was very quiet. My favorite place to stay in Anchorage now!! Highly recommend.
