良いと思います。
Pros:

夜の無料カレーライスはお得感有ります。ドリンク、飴等のサービスも良いです。宿泊時に余力が有れば大浴場、屋上の漫画コーナーも利用したいです。部屋の照明が明るいので事務作業で目が疲れにくいです。目の前にショッピングモールのフジグランも有り買い物にも便利です。

Cons:

築年数が古そうで一部、劣化も有りそうですが、サービス面でカバーしていると思います。

快適
Pros:

施設は古いのですが、手入れが行き届き快適でした。窓からの景色も良かったです。駐車場も広く利用し易かったです。

Cons:

朝食は美味しかったのですが、じゃこ天の他に愛媛ならではの食材もあると嬉しかったです。

Pros:

フロントの方の対応は良かった。

Cons:

皆さんがコメントされてますが、お風呂場にカビが発生してて、嫌でした。エレベーターの中もカビ？と思ってしまうような場所がありました。

リピ有り！
Pros:

①チェックインが１５時〜であったが部屋の清掃が早めに終わった様で１３時頃にチェックインさせて頂きました。
②朝食会場で全員に坊っちゃん団子を配っていて素晴らしい配慮だと感じた。
③自転車が無料でレンタル出来るのは素晴らしい。
④数少ない大浴場がある貴重なホテルです。
⑤事前にエレベーターから遠い部屋にしてほしいとのリクエストに快く対応して頂きました。

Cons:

①ロケーションは若干松山駅から遠い。
②部屋はリニューアルした感はあるがリニューアルされていない箇所にカビがあった。
③レイトチェックアウト制度があれば良い。
④朝のバイキングはもう少しバリエーションがあると良かった。

ホテルの向かい側にショッピングモールがあり、食事にも困りませんでした。
フロントの方も丁寧で親切でした。大浴場はすごく大きいというほどではありませんでしたが、足を伸ばしてお風呂に入れて気持ちよかったです。
