Pros:

繁華街に近いと言うこともあり帰りは徒歩でホテルに戻れたので良かった（タクシーを呼ぶ必要がない）

Cons:

掃除はされているかと思いますが建物が古い為か水回りの場所の汚れが目につきました。

良いのは場所だけ。平日のビジネスユースには便利で良いと思う。
Pros:

新潟一番の繁華街の入口にあり、夜は便利。初日の夜の予約があった兄弟寿しには徒歩30秒だった。

Cons:

10〜16時までは誰もいないのでチェックインはおろか、荷物を預ける事もできない。だったら事前に案内があって然るべき。12月の訪問だったが、部屋がとにかく寒い。追加の暖房器具を借りたがそれでも寒かった。洗面台の蛇口が妙に長くて(バスタブにお湯を入れる時のためなんだろうが)手や顔を洗うたびに周りがびしょびしょになって困った。　もっと言いたいことはいろいろあるが、このぐらいで。
