値段を考えるとこんなものだろうと思った。
Pros:

値段が安かった。
ウェルカムドリンクを部屋に持ち帰って飲めた。お代わりもできて良かった。
とても静かだった。

Cons:

女性向けのアメニティ(クレンジング・洗顔料・化粧水など)がなかった。
設備が古く、バスタブの見た目が綺麗ではなかったので、自分で洗ってから入浴した。

設備は古いが、きちんとメンテナンスされており、良かった。

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Dishonest staff. I raised an issue upon checkin and then was told a lie (or at best a very misleading statement) in response. Foreigners living in Japan should avoid this place.

Pros:

古い設備ですがスタッフの方々は気持ち良く接してくれます。
朝食は必要最低限ですが、まぁ満足です。
自転車をレンタルしてくれるみたいで近くのコンビニまで行くには便利そうでした。

大事なお守り札の束を部屋に忘れてしまい連絡したがないと言う。
確かに部屋に置いたのは覚えておりルームメイクが中身見ず捨てたと思われ
確認した様な素振りの口調でもなかった。金で買えないものだけに残念な対応。
