The property was clean with a working air conditioner.
The room did not have area to hang one clothing
Sam at the front desk was exceptional! He helped us with our non working key and found us a place to park personally. The building was a bit old but clean and remodeled on the inside. It was steps to the Boardwalk and beach and thats what we came to enjoy.
It was spring break so the parking was difficult. It was also cold so reverse AC with Heat would have been better. Florida can get cold by the water.
Proximity to beach and Boardwalk was awesome.
Check in process was long and employee wasn’t friendly.
The room was very basic and somewhat clean.

Light on table didn't work in the bedroom. Fan Made noise in the bedroom. Bedroom was very dark above white but the fan is was very dim.
