Pros:

Loved the place but it could use some general updates/maintenance, especially the pool area and tennis courts

Pros:

This hotel is very out dated. It was built in the 1940’s and looks like they haven’t updated anything. The carpet in the rooms are very old and dirty. They still have tube tv’s in the rooms. The heating system is electric heat and is terrible to maintain a comfortable temperature. The pool area is very dated and gross. They had one newer hot tub that was decent but the pool and spa were old and need a refresher.
The game room and bar area again are very old and out dated.
I think this place is over priced for the type of stay you get. It is in a very nice location over looking the ski mountain. Which is why they can charge the rates they have.

Pros:

This place is like stepping back in time. It's the only option on the mountain. Its not fancy, however it's clean, the rooms are big & there is a full kitchen. It's primarily a timeshare, so you are not going to be waited on hand & foot. We were there with several other families & it met all our needs. if you want bells & whistles, drive to Lincoln or Littleton.
