В номере нет чайника и холодильника, но по любым просьбам на ресепшене всегда находили решение и оперативно помогали со всеми вопросами.

Das Hotel ist eine gute Adresse für einen Städtetrip nach Dresden.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Man ist direkt mitten drin und erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht. Für das Auto steht eine (extra zu zahlende) Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Wir hatten uns gegen Frühstück im/über´s Hotel entschieden, da es in einem anderen Hotel/Gebäude angeboten wurde. Wir haben spontan im selben Gebäude in einem Cafe sehr gut gefrühstückt.

Dies ist ein 4 Sterne Hotel ..? Ich bin wirklich nicht arrogant, aber es ist überbewertet

Ein Zimmer musste gewechselt werden/ das geschah anstandslos. Es hat stark muffig unangenehm gerochen/ die Klimaanlage war scheinbar vorab
Ausgelaufen- deutlich sichtbar
Keine Minibar/ war so beschrieben bei der Buchung
Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Vapiano kostet 18,50€
Wird es über das Amedia gebucht kostet es 22€
??? … Abzocke..
Wir waren 5 Tage dort/4 Übernachtungen

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet , die Betten sind ausgezeichnet ,das Bad hochwertig ausgestattet , alles in allem ausgezeichnet ! Wir werden das Hotel im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis wärmstens empfehlen,
