Pros:

Location was good and check in was fine with staff courteous and professional. Rooms were clean. Perfect for single travellers or those who don't require much space. Any more than one suitcase and hand luggage is a squeeze. While the rooms were small for my wife and I, it was okay for kids sharing a room.

Cons:

Rooms were small for a couple with little space for storage but perfect for single travellers. My wife and I gave up our room to another family member and then found another hotel that offered larger rooms although itwas double the price. For single travellers or those on a tight budget, this hotel chain is fine as long as you can deal with small rooms.

My 1st ever time in Japan,eye popping to say the least,!! Love it !!!
Pros:

Ideal location primarily for the Budokan, as I saw my favourite Japanese band Lovebites play ,awesome!!! Hotel staff very accommodating with a good grasp of English,arigatō gozaimasu

It was uncomfortable in several ways.
Pros:

It is close to the subway station.
The employees try hard.

Cons:

The bed sagged so much to one side that I almost fell out.
The check-in computer system is too complicated and makes check-in slow.
The frig has a problem.
