Staff were friendly, place was clean and fairly priced.

Decent price in comparison to others around Tokyo.

Cons:

Wasn’t particularly close to most of the hotspots we wanted to get to but the Iidabashi Tozai subway stop is across the road along with family mart and some restaurants. Get up to speed with using the subs to get around Tokyo/between JR lines etc. Single rooms are a touch small once you put your suit case down.

フロントスタッフの対応がよく室内も綺麗だっただけに残念でした

質問に対するフロントスタッフさんの対応は、とても親切でした

Cons:

浴槽は、先に宿泊されてきた方の垢が全体についたままで、先ずは掃除からはじめて入浴しました。見た目では分かりませんが、ゴミなどは、綺麗なだけに残念でした。
