Apart from helpful staff there were no positives about this hotel. Here are some of the negatives:
1. The room had a pillar which went through one side of the bed. I kept bagging my head on that while sleeping.
2. There were no windows in the room.
3. There were ants everywhere. It was painful for my infant daughter whose milk got spoilt by ants, and kept getting bitten by them.
I would certainly not recommend this hotel at the price of 3k.
cleaning is good and better. nice to visiting in sanjary hotel
Extremely friendly staff and great value for money
The good point - location - walking distance to BKC - & that's it.
The rooms are super small and cramped. All the place is taken by the beds. There's no room to walk or stand freely inside the rooms or the lobby. The website said a rollaway bed is available for an extra person, but that's a joke as there is no place in the room where the bed would fit.
Will not recommend a stay of more than one night.
The parking is on street in front of the hotel and probably can fit 3 cars at max, not the most secure place but then its Mumbai, so that's okay.
Check-in was time-consuming. Although we checked in at 3 pm instead of 12 pm, the room was not ready before our arrival and it took them 15-20 minutes.
Hot water is available. There is an AC and ceiling fan for cooling.
3 options for breakfast - only omelet bread was okay, rest were awful. We had tea 2 times, the first time it was okay, the second time it was just sweet hot water.
Internet speed is super slow, so the wifi is pretty much useless.
Very near to bandra Kurla Komplex, but terrible surroundings ...
Near to Bandra Kurla exhibition complex and cheap, but quality not at all according to any European standard - never had been in such a "hotel" before...
被子很旧,都发黄了,水源差,没有早餐
The room was small but close to the consulate as we wanted. Very little choices of vegetarian food around the neighborhood and they were stingy with their bottle water which they listed as amenities.
Overall good experience. Friendly staff, well-lit rooms, clean bathrooms. Bedding and linen could be a bit cleaner, though. Also, I feel guests shouldn't have to ask for drinking water, but I've seen that at many other hotels in Mumbai.
Terrible surroundings, terrible food...but had to stay there because it was at a walking distance to the consulate.
Website says room size 200 Sq. ft. It is no more than 60 sq. ft. Shameful operation. Asked to cancel the reservation and refund the money. But they refused to give money back. Instead, they transferred me to another of their hotel -Kalpana Elite. It was worse than expected. Smaller room, Cockroaches all over. Bathroom has strong smell of Gutter leak. They admitted they had gutter issue. Trnasfered to another room. Same issues. Cockroaches and bad smell in bathroom. Breakfast was horrible. Not available till 9:00 and that also they bring from another hotel. they refused to give Key to the room because they do not have spare key and door locks are automatic. I will not put my dog in this hotel even if it were free. Stay away please.
hotel was okay, near to US consulate but rooms are very small.
OKAY experience but hotel room was not ready when guests arrived, We had to wait for 30 minutes to get the room.
Little bit expensive. Hotels out location was dirty. Not a good restaurants for lunch near by hotel. Drinking water first time free second time charge 30.rs.one bottle of bisleri.
The room was like a cage, so I highly disappointed, The hotel is small but rooms are like small matchboxes and its overpriced as per expedia. Never go back to stay again.
Nice place to stay especially for people who want to commute to BKC.
I booked online and got a confirmation email from hotels.com. Once I got there late at night/early morning, I was told by the staffs that all rooms were sold out. They asked me to walk to another location in the dark with my backpack. That didn't work out in the end but that's another story. The area is in a typical trash all around India area. Lots of stray dogs and super-sized rats at night. Weak street lights and easy to get run over by vehicles. I think hotels.com still own my a explanation.....
Needed a place to crash for a few hours. Found this near Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). Location is on a busy not-so-great street.
The reception staff was fairly rude but bearable. The pictures were misleading. The rooms were extremely small. The bed sheets and pillows were cheap and horrible.
The only saving grace is it's cleanliness and proximity to BKC.
Room service was good and food quality is also good...service is also on time and staff also very cooperative ...very close to US embassy consulate (around 15-20 mins walking distance).....
