I have been staying there a couple of times as it is very convenient.
Pros:

Like the location and ample parking space.

Cons:

Firstly checked in to room 201. Problem with the toilet and had to change to 107. 107 the bed was too small for me as I am 6ft 2in tall. The additional pillow we requested had a bad odor.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

True to the name; its has been considerably upgraded from my first time stay >30 yrs ago, clean spacious room, right in city center, ample parking

Cons:

Used to have a coffee house last time; now no more. Not a problem, many2 restaurant nearby 👌👍
