Everywhere. It is old, dirty, bad smell
Helpful and kind staff.
Booking.com said that the hotel provided breakfast, which I wanted and therefore paid for. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was confused when we asked them about breakfast time. Turns out that they never did serve breakfast there. They did have pictures of a breakfast buffet on their booking site though.
The staff gave us a better room for the inconvenience. Otherwise, very humid rooms, only 1 elevator for the whole building, bathroom smelled like sewage and overall not the best localization if you want to stay in Shenzhen. You get what you pay for.
Mouldy smell, made us cough all night
It was below <3 stars. And showing 4 stars in the app. No food no restaurant. I suppose to have breakfast free but they don't even have restaurant.

The corridor carpet needs to be replaced
King size bed, comfortable. Free tea. Electric kettle provided. Room, bathroom and towels clean. Free bottled water. Security access using card. Room quite spacious.
About 10m walk from Exit D of Wenjin metro station, just down the road, 700m approx. Slightly further if use exit F1 of Huangbeiling metro station (about 750m) across the road. Wish the stations were nearer, ideally within 400m. Toilet/bathroom doors are translucent glass. OK for couple, but not if sharing room with friends. Only 1 lift, slow. Corridor carpets worn out. Hardly any local food nearby.
The receptionists were kind enough, the lady and the gentleman, they were really helpful to accommodate my request during the stay, they even help us to explain how to get around Shenzhen.
There was no breakfast provided by the hotel, despite the benefit in my Genius stated breakfast included. Before the trip I asked the customer service from booking.com as well to make sure the benefit was provided, the team said yes but the actual condition was the other way around. Meanwhile, the room was decent enough compare with the price. The elevator smell like smoke, even some of the people entering the elevator with their cigarette on. The hotel itself joint with the office and or the residence. Quite far with the train station but still in walking distance. There was food/restaurant nearby.
Room was quite big, and clean.
The male staffs cannot speak English. Location is abit far from metro station. There's only one lift and very slow.
