Great place
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to city centre and waterfront. There a 7-E (24hours) outlet nearby and some souvenirs shop (during the day time). Room was clean and convinience with lift provided to each floor. Excellent staff provided very friendly and good services. But the area surrounding at night a bit noisy because the hotel close to main road.

pihak hotel tidak sediakan kelengkapan atau kemudahan seperti mana yang saya tempah.. sebelum saya tempah,, saya baca list kemudahan yang tersedia dalam bilik.. saya ingat semua ada.. termasuk iron.. bila sampai di penginapan.. sangat mengecewakan.. tuala koyak & sejadah koyak.. ada lagi tuala lain macam sudah berpakai.. terpaksa minta tuala di reception.. paip di siingki bocor.. abis basah.. sebelum ni tiada masalah.. tapi sekali tempah kali ke 4.. sangat mengecewakan

Lokasi bgus tpi bilik penginapan tdk berapa memuaskan
Cons:

Bilik Agak sempit, iron board yg sdh lapuk, serta sterika yg membahayakan kerana banyak balutan salotep pada wayar seterika, tuala yg kelihatan gelap dn ada bau yg kurang menyenangkan.
