Cons:

Booking a room with Window View is tricky
I booked 2 rooms with Window View - one is truly the window opens to the outside like what is in the house and apartment
The other room have a window, but it opens inside, not outside, it open to a space within the building and one can view the corridor - this offers no privacy so to speak
Neither was it stated in booking that this window is facing inside faccing the other room.
This can be misleading.
This is meant as a sincere feedback so that trust or what is booked is given
SInce it was a day stay, no fuss created

Basic facilities at a good price
Pros:

For the reasonable price, I do not expect great facilities. I just needed a quiet room to spend the night but I was a little surprised that I can access Netflix from the TV in the room. This is a bonus!

Cons:

The room has NO window! Anyhow, a room with window comes with a higher price that I have paid. Not a problem to me though.

Pros:

Good location in JB and accessible to many shopping and food options. Room has good bed, bathroom and TV channels.

Spacious, clean.
From the reviews there were quite a few saids it's dirty but thankfully it's not the case for my stay it was clean.

Cons:

Only during the morning the staff attitude wasn't friendly. When approaching the counter the person didn't look up. When I say I have a booking the staff just say check in 2pm.

When I ask about storing luggage , the staff just say to put at one of the corner ( there was a luggage there) and there is no Luggage tag
