The location was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Room could have been a little bigger. Didn't like the fact you had to drop in key when leaving to reception and ask for it again when entering the hotel.

Piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Ho trovato la struttura molto pulita e tutto il personale cortese e disponibile, con la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio! La posizione è strategica per la stazione Porta Susa, fermata metro, mezzi pubblici e taxi. Quindi comoda anche per chi arriva aeroporto di Torino Caselle.

Cons:

Un pochino caro. Specificare meglio che la Colazione non è compresa. Solo suggerimento. una saletta d'attesa più comoda in casi in cui il cliente arrivi prima del l'orario del check in. ( Ovviamente la responsabilità è del cliente e non della struttura)

bon rapport qualité/prix. mention très bien pour l'acceuil et tout le personnel aux petits soins

emplacement parfait près de la gare , du métro et du tram. pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, mais ils mettent à disposition une bouilloire avec thé, café, biscuits.........et bien évidemment des cafés tout près

Cons:

les passages incessants du tram dans la rue, ça commence très tôt, ça se termine très tard, c'est très bruyant, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel qui a installé des doubles vitrages. il faut cependant le savoir
