I stayed at De Paviljoen Bandung from room #705 check out 15 november and honestly had a really pleasant experience. the location made everything super convenient. What stood out the most wasn’t the building or the facilities, but the service. I spoke with Gharneta from the operator team, and she was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. That small interaction made me feel genuinely welcomed, not just treated like another guest

Location was great. Room was relatively clean but the shower can get sliperry/slimy.

Walls are thin so it can be quite noisy at night.

This week I stayed in 3 different hotels in 3 nights due to business and leisure trip purposes. Finally I had a chance to stay in De Paviljoen, I often pass by the hotel as it is located in popular area of Jalan Riau. I love the building, lobby and the decor. However, this hotel was the lowest among those 3 hotel I stayed, in term of cleanliness and maintenance. Please pay attention on your room quality especially bathroom. I did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast, hence I had no comment on food and beverage.

The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday.
The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries.

The rooms has modern designs with luxurious facilities, spacious, clean and comfy. The foods are tasty and various. Employees' services amazing especially Mr. Oky. Top quality at a reasonable price. Located in strategic area.

I stay at excecutive club room and it was nice & clean, my kid like the bathtub & warm swimming pool
Breakdast is good with nice service for VIP guest.

The location is fantastic, the building is beautiful, the room is spacious, and breakfast is scrumptious. It'd be perfect if the towel and linen quality was better.

The aircon controller does not work, have to call 2 times, at the end the maintenance replace the controller on the wall.
The water overflow from the bathroom to the passage-way.

Convenient. Near 24hr KFC. Near several outlet shops such as Passion,Heritage and Cascade.

This hotel is definitely a catch, value for money. The room is spacious, clean and the range of toiletries is sufficed. No doubt, a comfortable sleep over the night.

Breakfast has a good range which should keep you interested at least for 3 days. The food in cafe is nice, good for a lazy meal in the hotel.

Overall a good hotel. Definitely will be at the top of my list should I return to Bandung.
