Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, with everything you need right nearby. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home—especially the hotel manager, Mr. Mostafa, who was very kind to the guests, and Chef Hossam, who was also very pleasant in the restaurant. Thank you to everyone; I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Hamra Street, with everything you need—from restaurants to supermarkets—just a short walk away. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room furniture was very good, and the rooms were perfectly clean

Cons:

I arrived on Saturday, and the hotel was hosting a very loud party right in the lobby. The noise was highly disturbing inside my room on the 4th floor. Additionally, there are many bars on the street outside that host parties with very loud music, making it difficult to get a quiet night's sleep on weekends.
