The room we got was not same as photos of the room we booked, we booked Superior room but the photos were for Deluxe room,
They gave us old dirty room even not in pool area, on second floor of lobby!
and told us if we want better room like photo we should pay more for upgrade
Bathroom is open air and there is lotsss of bugs inside and not clean, also bed covers were very dirty and full of stains as you can see in photo, even when i asked them to change they brought another dirty and full of stain bed cover!!!
i’ll never come again!

Au petit déjeuner les pancakes sont bons.

Cons:

Mauvaise expérience. L’endroit est trop bruyant à longueur de journée et aussi la nuit . C’était horrible
Si vous cherchez le calme ce n’est pas la bas que vous l’obtiendrai.
La piscine pas ouf
Cette hôtel m’a facturé plus que ce qu’il ne devait et j’attend toujours le remboursement malgré les mails de relances .

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat versucht zu helfen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an sich war okay, aber das Badezimmer war total dreckig und hat gestunken. Uns wurde dann nur mit einem Raumduft weiter geholfen.
Außerdem haben wir in unserem Zimmer Bettwanzen gehabt!
