No tissue in the room, no air-conditioning or fan, heating systems, no soap/showering materials in the shower area.

Good stay
Pros:

We had a gorgeous room up in the "cottage". The biggest, whitest, most glamorous room of our UK holiday. It was, however, up about 80 steps on a really hot day with heavy cases. The staff were lovely and the bar on-site was good. T

Cons:

The 80 steps! The parking was grim if they didn't have a spot out the front. Too far for us to walk down to the seafront in the super hot summer heat.

Okay for one night, good location quick walk to station 2 mins. 20 mins to walk to Barry Island.
Pros:

Location good. Staff friendly.
Slept well.

Cons:

Looks good in pictures but needs more attention to detail. All rooms are very tired. Paint job not executed very well. The outside could do with smartening up. Quite dirty looking
Bathroom.....get rid of shower curtains....nasty. splashback behind basin would smarten up.
Shower was okay and plenty of hot water.
