They have decided to ban me after finding ash on the window sill. Not a smoker and explained that but they are adamant that their cleaning staff are good. Found dirty knickers behind the radiator so I find that hard to believe, tried charging £250 for the ash they found and then called me having a go. I explained then they said I either pay or get banned, told them to ban me as id rather not stay somewhere that is not clued up to the standard of cleanliness they believe they have.
We had such a great stay, great price, great location, and the staff very so lovely

Great sized room and great value for money.
Comment below is more of a suggestion for future occupants.
Soundproofing was emphasized ( which was unusual), and not a requirement for me ( I am pretty chilled). I heard significant noise from occupancy below at particularly unsocial hours........ Perhaps could be a problem for other occupants.

I complained in the morning , but was told I should of reported it at 1 am or 12 midnight once we got unto bed .. we'd been travelling all day , and needed to stop . Complain in the morning ...

The room was very nice with good views. With good access to what we required locally for the evening we were there and then the following morning.
More parking but there was plenty of on street parking available.
Good location. Staff were brilliant. From the moment we checked in with the receptionist to the bar staff at night. Really friendly and helpful.
Maybe invest in some new pillows as they were a bit thin and bumpy. In my room 50 the curtains were thin so when the sun came up it was very bright so maybe black out curtains would be better.
We had six rooms and the only complaints from everyone was the pillows and for myself the curtains.

L'accueil, les locaux, la disponibilité du personnel étaient excellents.
Juste un petit regret sur la taille des lits (deux personnes par lit) trop juste.
Un grand merci au Personnel de l'hôtel.
