Le petit déjeuner, et le fait d entendre les voisins dans les chambres
Hotel pratique tous pré de factory , par contre c’est vieux la télé ne fonctionne pas mais la dame a fait son possible pour arranger ça , il faudrait refaire le tout , parce que le prix est élevé et je classerais plutôt 3 étoiles et non un 4 étoiles…
Le côté rustique et pas agréable est vieux.

L’hotel non sorge su un campo da golf in quanto il golf club sorge presso la tenuta La Bollina e la piscina, chiusa già a settembre, e’ esterna

The breakfast was very nice and the staff was helpful with everything.
The bed was enourmous and comfortable and the room was very clean.
It is 2 minutes by car to the Outlet Center so it was very convenient for me.
The hotel in general needs a refreshment for the design, but compared to the price it is very fair.
We came with our dog and he was sick during the trip. The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Good decent breakfast as well before starting the day!
L'hotel està molt ben situat si vas de compres a l'outlet de Serravalle. Pots anar inclús a peu, són dos minuts en cotxe i, a més, està al costat de l'autopista.
Les habitacions estan velles, s'han de restaurar. El bany és antic, totalment desfasat, pagues per un hotel de 4 estrelles i, realment és un de 3 estrelles. Les cortines i la roba de llit s'han de canviar urgentment.
Nice calm place to stay very close to the outlet. Free parking next to the hotel room. Good continental breakfast and coffee.
