Old soviet union hotel, it was very cold in september. Very bad experience.

A very comfortable hotel overall! It is like an 8 minute walk to the beach, the staff is super helpful, the food is very tasty and affordable at the restaurant downstairs, and inside was very clean and I got a good night's sleep. The only three complaints I have is 1) the air conditioners worked, but need to have their filters cleaned. You can hear they need to be washed. 2) there was never hot water, and barely warm water in the shower. 3) the wifi was very slow and I ended up having to use my mobile hotspot to do work. Other than those three things, I would definitely stay here again! The price is perfect for a summer holiday in Odesa.

Hotel usytuowany w świetnym miejscu Odessy, pomiędzy plażami, miejscem rozrywek, a starym miastem. Pod oknem tramwaj numer 5 wiezie do centrum i to szybko. Świetna obsługa i cieszymy się, że ten hotel wybraliśmy.

Pokoje czyste ale zimno.

I checked in October 2 I said did October for a checked out on October 4 I never got paid back the refund for October for five and six and your people promised me the refund I never got my refund

I liked that is was small and quiet. Liked that it had a restaurant attached.

First day snarky hotel maid. Another day a so called mistaken identity issue. Who runs that place?

Cigarette smoke in hallway from designated outside balcony.

This hotel was great the only problem was that they have weddings and things outside and play loud music until about midnight that was my only problem. I might mention that you hear this music inside your room

Hotel is a bit older than I expected. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Big plus because they had at least one staffer that spoke English quite well compared to other places in Odessa. The restaurant next door had extremely delicious food that were willing to deliver to your room. Big plus! The only issue was I needed to go to the city center often which was not walking distance. When I took the taxi I needed to leave either very early (before 7 am) or much later (after 7 or 8 pm). The traffic was very busy otherwise and it took 20 minutes more if you took it at peak time. 2nd problem is the shower head was installed backwards. The part holding the shower head that's mounted on the shower wall was too low and the part the holds the hose connected to the head was mounted on the shower wall too high. So it was clear it was installed incorrectly. It was difficult to control the shower head when the water came out. 3rd. The restaurant has loud music often and it's impossible to rest if you need peace and quiet. However, they did end the noise right around 10 pm.

Приехали в неудачное время. Был снег и слякоть. В это время года расположение отеля не лучшее. И идет стройка. В теплое время это идеальное место. Рядом море, Аркадия. Номера большие и уютные. Довольно чисто.. Есть парковка для машин и большая детская площадка на территории.. Думаю в сезон это идеально по состоянию цена-качество.
