今回は残念
Pros:

フロントスタッフの方の対応がとてもていねいでした

Cons:

1年半前お伺いしたときは2部屋とも毎日の清掃も気持ちよく感じましたが今回は2部屋とも急いでいたのかかなり適当な清掃だと感じました
補充物の補充もされていなかったです
タオルの匂いが生乾きっぽい匂いでした

Pros:

Pretty affordable and had average hotel standard. Hotel staff could speak abit of English. Location was close to many restaurants, shops and most importantly olle market.

Cons:

Even before visiting, the hotel was not really really responsive to requests and when we arrived they could also not acede to request to have our rooms next to each other. Hotel is pretty small and I felt the design was not really thoughtful for example there is hardly much space to hang clothes or open up our luggage. More importantly, I felt that I needed at least tea spoons which was not provided. For large vehicles, you had to park at a separate carpark though close but you have to weave through narrow spaces (the hotel at least pays for your parking). Personally don't like the ginseng fragrance they use for the hotel.

Estada correcta preu/qualitat
Pros:

Després de veure les ressenyes que hi ha sobre aquest hotel, per la nostra part, com a turistes espanyols, vam tenir una bona estada.

L’hotel està ben situat, a prop del centre del poble i molt a prop del mercat principal, cosa que ens va anar molt bé per moure’ns a peu i visitar la zona.

A l’arribada ens va rebre un recepcionista que parlava força bé anglès i ens va informar, un cop fet el check-in, que no podíem deixar el nostre cotxe al pàrquing de l’hotel per un problema d’alçada, ja que funciona amb un ascensor. Ens va indicar un altre pàrquing que estava a uns 5 minuts caminant i ens va dir que, quan marxéssim, portéssim els tiquets i ens retornarien els diners. Cal tenir en compte que els caps de setmana i els dies festius és gratuït, i de les 18:00 h fins a les 9:00 h tampoc no es cobra.

Per la resta, tot bé: el llit era còmode i la mida de l’habitació era correcta. També vam provar el bufet d’esmorzar un dia i ens va semblar correcte.

Cons:

El entrar a l’habitació hi havia una olor una mica estranya, que entenc que podia venir de la moqueta, i he vist que altres ressenyes també comenten una cosa similar.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The main positives were the friendly concierge staff and the hotel’s convenient location. Unfortunately, these did not make up for the overall experience.

Cons:

Overall, the stay was disappointing. Parking was unnecessarily complicated, and the parking attendants were impatient and unhelpful. Upon realising we were foreigners, they briefly attempted to communicate with us in Chinese. We understand mandarin fluently, but they were incomprehensible. We tried using basic Korean phrases to communicate, but were met with an impatient attitude. For a hotel serving international guests, service staff should at least be able to use very basic English or Chinese, especially when explaining the parking process. This made the parking experience particularly unpleasant.

The lifts were very slow, the room was basic, very dated and lacking in amenities. There was also a musty smell and peeling wallpaper, making the age of the hotel quite apparent.
