Pros:

We really liked the property and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Just the light outside our room was really hush throughout the night. I like to sleep in a dark room.

Calm to start the new month

Staff were so attentive and just lovely
We enjoyed the quietness of the gardens and the lush green lawns, The calmness followed us all the way home

Very friendly staff. Tasty food, even though the menu was limited. The location is great and serene.

Comfortable but far from luxurious Excellent staff !!!

Loved the setting, very pretty

Cons:

Everything was rather “old” in need of some maintenance and an upgrade
No lighting above make-up mirror, plug cord too short. Exposed electrical wires everywhere, very ugly. Bathrobes old and worn.

The reality of Budmarsh far exceeds the photos. I can not compliment the staff enough! Bravo!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! The freshly baked pastries and home made preserves were scrumptious. The menu gives a wide selection of options. Hats off to all staff and chefs. The restaurant overlooks a tranquil garden and offers a warm ambiance at night.

The location is beautiful, serene and tranquil.

Cons:

There is a large tree which hangs by the balcony it has wasps and we had to spray doom as we could not sit there fearing we would be stung. The waiter in the dining area could not advise as to the dinner menu as it hadn't been printed, we waiter an hour for him to get the printed menu. The bar staff also had to go looking for a cocktail menu. The bat area could do with some revamping. And a TV, pool/snooker table, darts

Cons:

Have stayed many times before and the has building has deteriorated.
Needs a paint, spider webs everywhere, bar area needs an upgrade (lounge, pool table, etc), TV in room way too small, doors need to be oiled, etc

WiFi keeps connecting/ disconnecting and dinner should also be included for that price. Outer lawns should be kept and there is no entertainment (pool/lawn games/ ping pong etc)- put a games room there.
