Pros:

proche du Ku’Dam et des transports en commun. Studio bien aménagé et bien équipé. Assez calme.
Fontaine à eau au rez de chaussée.

Cons:

RAS mais jamais vu quelqu’un à l’accueil…mais personnel très réactif quand on les contacte !

Very comfortable and practical for our purposes. Would definitely return.
Pros:

The location and access to public transport was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had all the basics. The person at Reception was really helpful. Some great restaurants nearby with super food.

Cons:

Separate soap in the bathroom for shower and wash basin would have been helpful. The one bottle kept travelling and it meant stepping into a wet floor to get it sometimes.
We never used the clothes washing machine as it was in the basement. Just had enough clothes to survive without a clothes wash. But ideally, I would have loved one in the apartment.

Great location, nice place to stay.
Pros:

Great location and loved having the little balcony so we could sit outside. The train station is nearby with good connections to everywhere in the city.

Cons:

Nothing really. Self check-in was a little complicated but a friendly staff member was soon on hand to help us. You need to read the check-in instructions carefully.

Schöner Aufenthalt trotz einiger Mängel
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, gemütliches Zimmer, geräumiges Bad. Wenn man einmal drin ist, läuft der Check In am Terminal reibungslos. Man erstellt sich eine Schlüsselkarte. Zusendung Rechnung ohne Probleme. Zimmer nach hinten war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Absolutes No Go: nur 3 Fernsehkanäle waren verfügbar. Trotz Beschwerde wurde der Mangel nicht behoben. Wenigstens ging das WLAN. Von der KI wurde mir ein falscher Türcode genannt. Zum Glück kamen andere Gäste, die mich reingelassen haben. Kommunikation mit KI / Chatbot ist nicht hilfreich.

Good location and clean, well keep apartment
Pros:

Good size studio with everything we needed for a week long stay. Close to U and S station so easy to get to everywhere. Clean and well maintained.

Cons:

As you get off the train on way there the people who gather under the bridge who look to be homeless are a bit off putting, but don't let this put you off... the accommodation is close but feels safe. The mattress is a bit thinand more pillows would be good.

Perfect base for 5 days visiting all Berlin has to offer
Pros:

Excellent facilities in central Berlin, clean, spacious, central, very close to S/U bahn stations for all parts of city and excellent supermarket very close by.

Cons:

Couldn’t get temperature below 22 which would have been a problem in high summer for us.
