sehr zentral und nähe Bhf Zoo.

Cons:

die Lage diekt an einer Kreuzung an der morgens direkt vor dem Fenster alle 5 Min ein Bus an der Ampel anfährt. Selbst die "schalldichten" Fenszer können den Lärm leider nicht raus filtern :(.

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage, ohne Rezeption
Pros:

Geräumiges helles Zimmer, schönes Bad, bequemes großes Bett, gut eingerichtete Küche, sogar Haushaltspapier vorhanden; ruhige Atmosphäre; checkin hat gut funktioniert

Cons:

Heizung konnte nicht richtig geregelt werden, im Zimmer war es zu warm ( man musste das Fenster geöffnet lassen), im Bad zu kalt - die Handtuchheizung hat gar nicht reagiert.
Die Rezeption war die ganze Woche nicht besetzt - die angegebenen Zeiten sind ein Fake! Es gab keine Ansprechpartner!

Gute Lage , allerdings muss man sich am Bahnhof Zoo gewöhnen 😅 aber schnell zu Fuß am Ku’damm bzw. Europacenter . Wohnun

Für mich als Exil Berliner eine angenehme Lage gewesen .

Leider waren die Betten viel zu hart . In der Dusche sollte mal das Sieb gereinigt werden , sonst läuft es bald in die Wohnung .

Major issue at this apartment complex..needs urgent attention.
Pros:

The property is in a good location for visiting the usual tourist sites and links to public transport. The apartments were well equipped with subtle design features for convenience for self catered stay.

Cons:

There was a major incident with this particular stay.
The check in process is remotely controlled during after hours which I can see for convenience is very good. However on this occasion, the check in failed miserably and I was presented with a room card that allowed me access to an already occupied room.
When I called after hour support to assist the duty security person turned out, but when they gave me the second room key that too turned out to be an occupied room too.
Now.. really concerned I called the out of hours again and the third time they provided me with a vacant room. They assured me it was just a mid-handling of the booking system.
The worrying thing is that the system would just print out the cards for rooms that are already occupied. On the ground of security and safety of the guests this is a major concern and needs to be addressed with urgency. I have to add that the staff at the apartment block were very attentive and helped resolved other the issues in the morning. But be warned.. if the reservation system messes up you could be visited by random people in the night..
