Perfetto per visitare comodamente la città
Pros:

La stanza era esattamente come descritta. Pulita, con tutto quello che serve e in una posizione comodissima di un bel quartiere residenziale, comoda per i trasporti

- Kontakt über Booking Chat war sehr nett und hilfsbereit
- AC während der Hitzewelle
- Self Check-im funktioniert gut

Cons:

- Ausstattung eher mager bei dem Preis (kein Shampoo/ Duschgel, kein Küchenpapier)
- Sauberkeit eher ungenügend (in der Dusche war bei Ankunft ein riesen Haarbüschel; auch in der Schublade unterm Waschbecken waren einige Haare zu finden)

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof Zoo und zur City West ist vorzüglich. Das Einzelzimmer ist ordentlich ausgestattet - wenn man will, kann man sich auch komplett verpflegen. Es ist zudem klimatisiert; an heißen Tagen sehr vorteilhaft.
Die Kommunikation vor dem Besuch (E-Mail, WhatsApp) verlief ausführlich; die Kodierung der Zimmerkarte war problemlos.

Cons:

Nur ein eher kleines Kopfkissen, eine schon etwas ramponierte Dusche: Das sind Dinge, die zu leichten Abzügen in der Bewertung führen.

Pros:

위치가 좋고 가격대비 훌륭하다. 베를린에 자주 방문했고 여러 숙소에 다녀봤는데 합리적인 가격이라고 생각한다.

Cons:

에어컨이 있다고 하지만 제기능을 하지 못했다. 여름에는 이곳에서 못 지낼거라고 생각됐다.

Super zentrale Lage, aber ein bisschen laut.
Pros:

Das boarding Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Zoo, also sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig in Westberlin.

Cons:

Das bedeutet aber auch, dass Appartments zur Straße den Verkehrslärm deutlich spüren.

Pros:

proche du Ku’Dam et des transports en commun. Studio bien aménagé et bien équipé. Assez calme.
Fontaine à eau au rez de chaussée.

Cons:

RAS mais jamais vu quelqu’un à l’accueil…mais personnel très réactif quand on les contacte !

Very comfortable and practical for our purposes. Would definitely return.
Pros:

The location and access to public transport was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had all the basics. The person at Reception was really helpful. Some great restaurants nearby with super food.

Cons:

Separate soap in the bathroom for shower and wash basin would have been helpful. The one bottle kept travelling and it meant stepping into a wet floor to get it sometimes.
We never used the clothes washing machine as it was in the basement. Just had enough clothes to survive without a clothes wash. But ideally, I would have loved one in the apartment.

Great location, nice place to stay.
Pros:

Great location and loved having the little balcony so we could sit outside. The train station is nearby with good connections to everywhere in the city.

Cons:

Nothing really. Self check-in was a little complicated but a friendly staff member was soon on hand to help us. You need to read the check-in instructions carefully.

Schöner Aufenthalt trotz einiger Mängel
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, gemütliches Zimmer, geräumiges Bad. Wenn man einmal drin ist, läuft der Check In am Terminal reibungslos. Man erstellt sich eine Schlüsselkarte. Zusendung Rechnung ohne Probleme. Zimmer nach hinten war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Absolutes No Go: nur 3 Fernsehkanäle waren verfügbar. Trotz Beschwerde wurde der Mangel nicht behoben. Wenigstens ging das WLAN. Von der KI wurde mir ein falscher Türcode genannt. Zum Glück kamen andere Gäste, die mich reingelassen haben. Kommunikation mit KI / Chatbot ist nicht hilfreich.
