Major issue at this apartment complex..needs urgent attention.
Pros:

The property is in a good location for visiting the usual tourist sites and links to public transport. The apartments were well equipped with subtle design features for convenience for self catered stay.

Cons:

There was a major incident with this particular stay.
The check in process is remotely controlled during after hours which I can see for convenience is very good. However on this occasion, the check in failed miserably and I was presented with a room card that allowed me access to an already occupied room.
When I called after hour support to assist the duty security person turned out, but when they gave me the second room key that too turned out to be an occupied room too.
Now.. really concerned I called the out of hours again and the third time they provided me with a vacant room. They assured me it was just a mid-handling of the booking system.
The worrying thing is that the system would just print out the cards for rooms that are already occupied. On the ground of security and safety of the guests this is a major concern and needs to be addressed with urgency. I have to add that the staff at the apartment block were very attentive and helped resolved other the issues in the morning. But be warned.. if the reservation system messes up you could be visited by random people in the night..

Sehr praktisch, aber zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt hinter dem Bahnhof Zoo war optimal für meine Bedürfnisse, aber deshalb hatte ich die Unterkunft ja gewählt. Das Apartment ist von A-Z funktional eingerichtet, damit die Kitchenette benutzbar wird, bräuchte es jedoch mehr Einkäufe als ein Kurzaufenthalt lohnt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist meiner Ansicht nach einfach zu teuer für das, was sie bietet. Und die sehr spärlich besetzte Rezeption auch eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.

I had a really bad experience with apartment solving issue. I was chatting with a virtual assistant for more than 1.5 hours without any results. You can be sure that if you need help, nobody will assist you!

The reception staff was unwelcoming and looked at me as if I were in the wrong place. I am really disappointed with the service.

Earlier, I called the property to ask for assistance because I had a request regarding my arrival. During the phone call, the staff member did not ask for my arrival date, reservation number, or full name, and did not take any notes about my request. This is very poor service, as my simple request was not even taken into consideration.

Fair price
Pros:

It’s quiet and easy access to Zooloogischer U/Sbahn. Nice touch to have constant drinking water easily accessible. Wang on the front desk was fantastic. Nothing was too much effort for him.

Cons:

The bed is too low and the kitchen work space is really cramped. The shower attachment is faulty.
BUT all in all a good stay.

Pros:

The location was the best, there were necessary utensils, but cleaning was only on Wednesday, there was no way for me to clean it myself, use a broom or something like that. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. Maybe they will take these comments into account in the future.
